According to Charlie Intel has some issues with the 45nm process ramp up.

To cut it short , he's saying : there might be problems with the 45nm process , there might be not.If there are , I've told you so , if they aren't I've told you so too.

AFAIK Intel started shipping 45nm parts for revenue in Q3 ( September ) they were launched mid November ( servers and XE ).
FAB32 went online in early December with 1st lot having mature yiedls ( copy exactly method ).
Could there be problems with 45nm process ? Could be , but I seriously doubt it.
