i dont think the UTT is CH-5 as CH-5 did better at low volts.

i dont think the UTT is CH-5 as CH-5 did better at low volts.
That is a very valid point and easily overlooked. Thanks for the reminder.
So what is Infineon doing with their allotment of Winbond UTT.
Don't they have a "B-line" or something. Now I've got to go check all of the second rate stores selling cheap Infineon...there goes another evening spent in front of the monitor.
I didnt say ALL UTT is CH-5, I said 50D roughly = CH-5... UTT on it's own is just CH-? by the looks.Quote:

I think he was responding to my post where I stated that I thought it was the same.

but... conrad is even more proof this is not CH-5, at 2.8v OVP kicked in until 3.1 iirc.
if you mean 50d can be compared to CH-5, then i would agree with you.
got my 2 512mb sticks today - they are the aa4t 44d's
yay.
it will take me some time to test them though, I am moving cases and a bunch of other stuff. for those wondering these were the individual 512 sticks of speed premium at newegg, not the 1gb kit.
44D i think means 4.4nanoseconds. which makes it pc3700 i believe. ch5 is pc3200 memory.
tronik, congratulations!
good to know the speed premium at newegg had some winners in it. the next shipment of SP's from them will most assuredly be UTT i'm guessing.
Let us know how they go TRONIK :), those 44Ds are the cream of the crop I hopeQuote:

Congrats on the new mem. Im sure I will be able to come up on another 200 bucks soon once there confirmed utt's. Atleast Im getting 2x256mb.
At last!
I managed to find a shop in Greece which has EXACTLY the same AA4T 512mb sticks like the one's esdee owns. I bought 2 for 138 euro's (69 each) and the seller has another 50 same sticks in stock :slobber: :slobber: :slobber:
I'm letting them burn in in my NF7-S at stock for now ... tomorrow I'll go get another 2X512 and thats it for me ...
I will bring these to a friend's IC7 P4 board to test them as I'm not sure how well my NF7-S can handle these due to the nforce2 issue being picky with 512mb modules
And to think that some other shops have the AADT stuff which they sell 89 euro's a 512mb stick :p:
Keep up the search everyone!
hey tronik, what part of the US are you from.
Sounds like the 512s are starting to surface. All I can say is thank God! I got a week 44 3200 from monarch today. All I need now is ram. I hope this stuff surfaces more and keeps shipping. Please let us know how it goes tronik.
i'm close to chicago, but i've seen the university there, its a nice campus.Quote:

we'll see how she does after a burn in (I'm sure it can run at lower vdimm, I was just being overkill)
overkill, man give it more and put a fan on it
Haha, I cant, until I get the maximizer - put off the getting the booster, waiting for it... So I'm still without high VDimm

Good news for US hunter :)
Speed Premium for a reason, rated at the 44D. Seems like all the new sticks though are AA4T. Nice. And what's this maximizer you speak of?
noone has answered my question... any issues at maintaining such high voltages? i assume a fan posistioned over the ram would be wise, but i still wanna know if anyone has hit any issues over an extended period of time.Quote:

Gonna get some sticks soon...
any word of how these perform on AXP?
the DDR Maximizer is a unit being developed by Hipro5 that claims to dish out rock solid voltages for your memory, like OCZ DDR Booster, but non-fluctuating, and guranteed 4.22vdimm

Only at XS is 3.64 not considered "high VDimm". :p:Quote:
