@APC
I use this ------->GeIL 4GB (2GBX2- SKU#GX24GB8500C5UDC ) Dual Channel Kit
It stable @533 Mhz speed and cannot hit stable even 540Mhz. So, if u need to go over I reccommend to got Blackdragon 'll be better.

The board has stock cooling for everything but the cpu, like I said I got it from Newegg and just placed it on a test bench. I have a bad Cryo-Z mount on the CPU. I'm waiting the waterblocks from Mips, otherwise there is no way I can tight the Cryo down on he CPU.
The MCH problem I noticed right of the batch but tried to OC anyway. My DFI needed 1.75vmch and 1.50 to run 485fsb.
Yeah it is crazy I love this board I don't have a clue for my stable settings yet but my 556x9 (5004Mhz) was pretty comfortable on 1.44-1.48vcore.
All that on a old OCZ PS 520w PSU. :yepp:
So I think I can et more out of it and start aiming for a reasonable 24/7 setting.
@fATGUY.,,, Thanks ill give that a try, i have my ram lat 333mhz and 2.00 which set it at 667, its a 1:1 and its underclocking my ram so i really dind't think it would be a problem but ill give your settings a try.. thanks
Am i the only 1 here on the forums with a UD3L?. Just want to do some reserch before i start overclocking.
Also does it have a differant bios from the other models?
Guys, i have a weird issue i could run a stable 333 fsb with 1.24 MCH using a multi of 6 but when i try to raise the multi to 9 i can boot to windows but i cant run a stable prime small fft's for more than a few secs. Do you think its my cpu?
Hi guys.,i want to make this setting for 24/7.,is it ok..?i haven't prime or stress it yet,the problem is i cannot run Super PI 32MB.,anyone know why.,did i miss something here..?
probally your ram is not stable, have you run memtest on your ram ?
if you have the SuperPi icon as a shortcut somewhere in your desktop or quick launch bar you may want to put it back in the folder it originally was and try running it again. You should run prime small fft to see if you're somewhat stable. It would tell you if you have a ram problem very quickly.
I have the ep45t-ud3p, not as sweet as this board. What is the fsb max on this board ? anybody done 600+.
@neo mike @yomny
i didn't run memtest.,let say i run memtest and got error.,what should i do bro..i mean what change should i made..?
@yomny & neo mike
i already run Prime 95 for 10 minutes.,so far no error occured during testing.,do u think it cannot run SPI because of memory voltage..?this is the screen shot..
You need to run Hyperpi under Vista ( you can disable the sound which is one of the main causes for superpi to crash under Vista )
Grab here : Hyperpi
I got 580 sort of stable ( didn't run prime just hyperpi dual instances 32mb ) the EP45T needs some bios tinkering mate by gigabyte not by us. Let's hope F4 will be a big upgrade
My current stats here :EP45t-ud3p-review

Bootable from bios but not Hyperpi stable, small FFT ran for an hour but blend crashed in a minute
Hey Lee, whats up, i did make some progress with the board, i can get into windows at 600fsb, but i cant complete a everest run, it crashes, but i did get 590, on 3.20c divider, which i think is pretty sweet.:up:
@Leeghoofd
thanks man.,i'll try it later..hope the Hyper PI not crash..i want to run at 1200Mhz memory with 2.1v.,can i use 2.1-2.2v for 24/7 without active cooling..?
lee,600fsb,nice!neo mike,whats up? i thought you were getting rid of it?if you keep playing with it,i think you might just amaze yourself.and then you'll change your mind and keep it.i cant even get 590fsb with mine yet.and your doing just awesome on that board.it's making it hard to decide what to get next. keep it up,good job
I just found this thread, man that ud3p is popular, and sweet board, i see 650fsb, wowwwwww, im trying for 600fsb, but i want to keep same divider, if i change dividers i can probally do it easy. I dont know what to do with this board, im probally going to get rid of it and get a asus p5e3 preminum, not sure, its not the fsb that makes me want to dump it, its the bench scores, there horriable, well below normal, and the 266, 200 straps dont work at all, how long would i have to wait for gigabyte to fix this ? who knows, maybe never.
thats probally true,gigabyte has lot of boards in the p45 series.and that particular model doesnt have alot of early adopters,so it doesnt get the bios attention the ddr2 boards do.
weird christmas gift from gigabyte (at least to EP45-UD3): Sound Blaster X-Fi MB utility (vista only)
nothing to do with oc, but perhaps someone with vista can try it out? :)
