Well Praz where can I get one of those and what are there function in the DFI X38? EDIT: I got them on eBay...
Mine is running 2 x ATI HD3870 in Crossfire with them disconnected till I find the connector (all online stores only sell them as 4pin Molex to only 1 FDD).

Update on those trying to buy this mobo in US or CA:
Motherboardpro's are out of the DFI x38. Next batch coming from Taiwan arrive on Friday 01/11/08.
Look's like Alternate.de or at have them also I'm still wating on mine but hope this week it'll arrive and I can start UP with it :D
Thanks Jor3lBR. Any ideas on whether other etailers will get this board on or about that time frame? Also, looking through thread now, but does TRUE fit w/ NB fan cooler?
i agree...i won't bad mouth this board any longer until i pinned down this odd behavior with my old 9650..actually, truth be known, it is working nicely with my Q6600 in vista and xp.Quote:

The Power connectors are there for a reason guys........To be used, so you should use them.
So is no one using this board and a q6600 clocked higher then 3.6?!?

haven't tried my QX9650 on this board yet... so not sure.. IIRC there was a beta bios for DFI X38 for QX9770 only allowed 400FSB Strap and 1:1 to work.. other dividers didn't work... so has he tried sticking to only 1:1 divider for QX9650 ?Quote:
