Well..the BIOS update is a free yes or no. Since it cant be proven. But it is worth considering, that there is no barcelona ready BIOS updates (Some would maybe start claiming due to NDA and whatever). While we got yorkfield and wolfdale ready ones.

Donnie27, you are very wrong in your understanding of English, PR & Marketing. They have not paper launched it & the only way they can is to say "you can buy it now" when really you can't. AMD have never said Barcelona was available now, just that they were going to make it available in August. So if it's not in shops by Midnight, August the 31st then it's a paper launch.
