Whatever you do, please test with a bit more scientific approach maximum total and per channel wattage with no heatsink (like LT)/passive heatsink (mounted in actual bays with "normal"(=limited) airflow over)/heatsink + fan/waterblock, before protection kicks in @90C, also with different loads in channels placed nearby or further from each other. + With several popular fans/pumps combo. Eg. how much power is left for fans if one runs one DDC/two DDC/one D5/two D5 from it. Maybe also how much power for fans is left if pumps are not toned down till lowest possible voltage. And also how well it's 4th, PWM, channel is effective in regulating MCP35X. Also .. if you can, also test real world max wattage/regulation capabilities of Power Adjust 2 connected to AA5.
I wonder why AC still has not done that themselves with posting charts of wattages/temps lines and tables with several popular pumping solutions in product description page on their site. Imho all of the AA5 users or potential buyers would greatly benefit from availability of such data. Not all potential users frequent forums like this, imho info should be first and foremost at vendor's site.
