I've finally had time to play with my replacement board, but it looks like the crazy voltage issues I had before are still there. Maybe it's the BIOS, but certain settings have unexpected results. I'm pretty sure that's what killed my last board as at one point all my voltages were reading at 2.03. On this new board, I found that both 1.543 and 1.555 on the NB are broken. When I chose it, the one time I was able to get into the BIOS my NB voltage read at 1.8 and the jump in temps reflected the change. I should have taken a pic when I saw it, but didn't. I'm pretty sure it's not a fluke as a fully stable system will not boot when I change from 1.530 to either 1.543 or 1.555. So be careful choosing voltages, double check in the BIOS or with a multimeter after each change. Hopefully it's just a BIOS problem.
