Bulldozer will appear in mid-June probably at computex. As you can probably read BD has generated quite bait of anxiety as people await performance of final silicon. The leaked performance data so far either is faked or is too low to be even remotely believable, generally written off as premature early engineering samples.
SB-E is the next rev of the high end desktop parts. Similar to the relationship if the current i7-900 series to the mainstream i7-800 and i5 parts. Unlike the current SBs (2300,2500,2600) the SB-E will not have graphics integrated and will have a few items different (more L3 cache, quad channel memory, and likely more PCIe lanes built into the CPU).
The SB and BD clash is shaping up to become legendary.
