These are the last words about the absolute PWM temps, but we still have to pay attention and care about the relative temps. If the temp increases or decreases, no matter their real value, we know that we have worse o better system cooling. Our interest is to lower temperatures over the stock heatsink. Pay and install, reinstall and rereinstall to have higher temperatures is a bad deal.Quote:
haha, excellent, i figured it had to be after a quick look the second time this came up in this thread. the CPU cooler i am using covers it or i would have tried putting something warm on it but your method is much more industrious and 100% definitive
so yeah folks, take the Power temp reading with a grain of salt, it is nothing more than a surface mount sensor
