Nice blocks, dunno If I would run them all of one pump though looks to be a hell of alot of restriction there.

I does look cool without any hose clamps..just hop they don;t move!
loop is set up wrong IMO, but hey, looks nice!
Why, loop order doesn't matter.Quote:

exactly. Shorter tubing will help more, and i think he did a good job at keeping the tubing as short as possible.Quote:

Krueml,
I guess the Alphacool water tank is not removable for filling. So you have to be careful when topping up the reservoir, correct?
You use 7/16" ID 5/8" OD Tygon R-3603 right? That doesn't look like 1/2" ID 3/4" OD Tygon to me.
Wasserzusatz UV Dye !! :)
Those Ek blocks are Sweet :slobber:
That alphacool top seems very nice. How about the performance? Better than a mcp655?
just refilled the loop not too long ago

I'm using a short hose with a funnel for filling, no problems.. and yes, it's 7/16"ID 5/8"OD..Quote:

Sorry i'm lost to what the issues is where?
It does if you want the last deg in temp off your CPU etc, Tubing doesn't have much effect on resistance, its all the tiny little restrictive SB/NB blocks I would be worried about.Quote:

I found that krueml_ using an 18watt DDC in my HTPC which was making all sorts of gurgling noises from the res no matter how full i filled it and couldn't get the last bubbles out so had to resort to a bit of foam.Quote:

Then fill the Res cap with whatever liquid your using and stick it in the freezer for 20minutes or so until it freezes - make sure you have the res filled up right to the brim then screw the cap back on with the frozen liquid inside - frozen liquid melts and it gets rid of the air that normally gets trapped in the lid...........genius :)

Very nice. What UV dye are you using? I want a color similar to that, maybe a little brighter.
That is UV blue fluid xp, I also have some Pentosin G11 which I am going to try after this
ah ic you also have a crappy 6600 I am at 3.6ghz running 1.5875 Vcore
he uses the bleed screw on his pa120.3Quote:

I want that 50% overclock sometime... maybe when I get water this summer.
I was in a 16C room and with my SI-120 with some POS Thermaltake fan I was hitting 49C load.
Yeah that is still good, I am also happy with my OC but I would like more .. or lower temps some C2D`s can reach go much higher with a lot lower Vcore :slobber:
SreedX2,
Just an observation. I would fill the drain port completely with fluid. Leaving an unfilled section that is subject to condensation (and other forms of growth) is not the smartest idea.
IanY ... I was wondering about that, thanks for the tip I will get that filled up :)
I have seen a lot of people getting to 3.6GHz with less than 1.5v... they have different motherboards than I do. The Infinity 975X/G that I have was one of 5 or 6 that were avaliable when the Core2's were released in August, so I grabbed it knowing DFI could get me high clocks. I am very pleased with my first (and not my last) DFI board.

coolmiester, that is truely just sick. :)
Here's mine. Not as sick as coolmeister's. Next step is sleeving, routing & hiding all those wires & soundproofing (it's near silent now), but I might not get to that until may. :p: Finally got metal barbs on the MCW-60 and a PA120.3. Btw, the fuzion completely rocks.

Thats the sex, how ever keep your eye on the pump they die randomly, rapiedly, repatedly,
does that pump die quickly? hope not, cause it's a great pump and the most silent I know....The pump is added to a fancontroller and running on the lowest stand :D
Yeah, the box it comes in makes for a good coffin for it!
Maric in the UK has boxs of dead ones is what he said.
hhmm strange, but I'm not running it @ 12v but just a few V's i think 1/8 of his power cause the pump runs too fast for me when @ full....
I don't believe the pressure/flow stories for better temps...I just want a silent pc
and I don't think the pump dies quickly with power @ 1/8...
Ask the man himself but i've read countless issues all at stock...just keep eyes on it
ok, I shall keep my eyes on, thanks for the info :)
Nice setup. What dye did you use to get such a nice green?
It's glowmotion from aquacomputer, the colour is really nice....
The only thing is (I don't think you can see it on the pics) my tygon tubing is all copper/red/brown colored :S I have these hoses for about a year now, and used all different kinds of dyes... I think it's from the radiator...
somebody knows this problem?
this is the uv dye I used:

Iceman, I bow to your 4GHz stable result only on watercooling, I would just like to know your secret, maybe it's that the chipset is water cooled, don't know, but 4GHz 24/7 on only 1.6V, that sounds so impossible to me, I checked out your result at 4GHz club and I can't be more impressed, just bravo! :toast:
No secrets really - just what I learned on here and other places. Having a good cpu in the first place obviously helps too - so you gotta be lucky. I aint a pro clocker, far from it - I just rely on my luck to get me most of the way:D I've also got a 27b that I'm playing with atm that is also up to 4ghz but no where near stable as yet. It runs cooler than the 32b but dosn't scale with vcore aswell.
I'm urging you to put some clamps on the tubing, especially on this one. It looks ready to slip off the barb.:stick:

that has got to be a PITA to fill that t-line..
I think that T-line runs to a res... shouldnt be that bad if he fills the res and runs the pump for a couple seconds, fill the res again...
EDIT: Just saw the T-line in the bottom... I think its in the bottom so its easy for him to drain out the loop. Look at the top of the case in the front, there is a fillport running to the res.
Here is mine mid tower, I did like the one from Martinii (page 113) so it's very similar.
