I posted some water results in a couple threads. Chillers home just trying to find a happy mix/temp combo. Think i need to add some denatured alcohol atm as it's gelling up straight propylene glycol around -40F. Problem is with denatured added pulldown is longer/ overall temps don't go as low.Quote:

The 1.2ns memory are found in X1900 Crossfire Edition cards. Local magazine showed pictures of a HIS X1900 Crossfire card with 1.2ns memory. I am sure my Sapphire X1900 Crossfire Edition has 1.2ns memory, too ( I have not checked it, yet). Seeing that Sapphire builds cards for ATI and HIS sells BBA cards then they should be built by Sapphire, too.
So X1900 with 1.2ns memory are mainly the crossfire edition cards.
X1900XT and X1900XTX cards are the same and the only difference is a bios flash.
Just like how some Geforce cards are sold as factory overclocked cards.
so any conclusion yet? doese the xt with xtx biose oc better or worse?

My Sapphire X1900XT will ring my doorbell tomorrow. I'll keep you guys posted.

can someone give me a quick rundown of the flashing process? I know i need to make bootable floppies and put the exe's and rom on them. Is there a guide on this?

i dunno, i never really maxed it out before the flash. I just got it this morning. Before the flash i seemed to max out at 710/800, but i only messed with it like 10 minutes. Right now its flashed to XTX and i have the OD all the way as high as it will go. Ill mess with ATI Tool and voltages later...

06 and 05 with the 6.2 driver. X1900 XT flashed to XTX running at 702|850. I just have the stock cooler on it now and am planning for water.

Or which brand/model seems to have the 1.1ns mem?? :)

I'm trying to flash my XT. I don't have a floppy drive so I had to make a bootable CD. When I try and update or backup the bios I get "Adaptor not found".

strangely though I lose 6fps in fear with everything turned on though - I get 51 Ave with XT, and 46 with XTX.
I couldn't clock my XT card with ATiTool, but I'm going to see if the XTX bios is easier to clock before I go back to the XT bios.
Can I ask a dumb question please. With the Sapphire cards the XT and XTX clock speeds are exactly the same so how how the hell can they ask for $100 more?
