Nope. That list has been made before A-DATA PC4800 commercialization. They were supposed to be Hynix B, actually they are TCCD.Quote:

What about unsticking "Ram with Samsung TCCD - Listing" and sticking this one that is more complete and also contains that?
Great list!
2 questions: Is this PDP 256MB PC4000 ELK Series DDR500 memory also TCCD?
http://www.pdpsys.com/products/PDC51...0003700ELK.pdf
Which one would you prefer? XMS3200C2 v1.1 BH-6 or the PDP one I mention above?
Sorry for the asking. I am a beginner. Still learning.
Adata 566 and 600 are not 100% sure TCCD.
Some adata 566 and 600 are Hinyx B too.
thank you.
A-DATA 566 and 600 are ALL "TCCD".Quote:

I've personally asked to my country's reseller.
eh, this g-skill of mine aint doing too good. can't get past the specs in my sig at Cas 2.5 i got the LE also. cas3 gives me like 255. When i run just a single stick though i can get up to 280ish with cas2.5.
edit: i'm guessing its the mem controller though... got the ram for a winnie anyways, looking for UTT for this setup.
Another update :)
Just got new TCCD RAM :)
XMS-PC4400C25 (2.5-4-4-8-1T) --chip--> Samsung TCCD
Brainpower PCB - BP MLL E186014
Its identical to the set reviewed at Anandtech except it has black headspreaders...
Doing 270 2.5-3-3-10 with my a8v but im sure it undervolts aswell at 2.7v
Tested upto 295 so far stable but this board has issues with 1T above 260 so ill wait for the DFI before extensive testing :)
Give us some proofs please. Your country's reseller in my opinion isn't so reliable.Quote:

600Mhz A-DATA on Samsung 443 chip, and 566Mhz on 431 chip?
So better 443 than 440??
Shouldn't Corsair XMS 3200 v1.2 be CH-5 instead of 6?
If not then what does the 5 or 6 at the end mean?
Chip revision (higher = worse in Winbond chips).Quote:

They could be CH-5, but also TCCD I think.Quote:

Anybody an idea what chips are below the heatspreaders ?
Is it PC3200LL?? If so, then they have Mosel Vitalec ICs on BP pcb. I had 1x512 b4 & it doesn't work well with 2 nf2 mbs I tried.Quote:

Vitesta DDR600 Hynix B confirmed (a friend of mine bought them)!
I am a bit late, I am sorry, list updated. :D
ADATA DDR566 and DDR600 can be both, TCCD and Hynix B, as i told you before ;)
I don't think Vitesta 566 too...
Anyway...
I would like to know how new are my TCCDs in my GeIL Ultra-X, but look at the CPU-Z "SPD" form:
