    I think your exaggerating a bit on the max clocks for winbound UTT. I'd say normal for 3.4v is around 250-260.

    I have seen a 280 Mhz CAS 2 @ 3.5v, so I think it is quite realistic, anyway if I receive more inputs I will lower the clock.

    After having received some more inputs I have lowered a bit Winbond UTT potential in the comparison because it was a bit too much optimistic (a lot depends on Winbond UnTestTed chip luck).

    I have some of that and it is BP and mine is XLPT V1.2 had 239x11 5-2-2-2 @ 2.9v did try 3.2v but cpu is holding me back
