Teasing Warning! :)
I got water, just testing the baby ;)
It's stable enough to take the printscreen, open paint, save, copy to this computer, and idle for 15 minutes without bsod. hope it doesnt have any damn walls, hoping it can do world record..
It runs @ -52 which is my max for it, tested it once, but not on that board, another bios. the new bios for the mobo is way better than what ive tested back then, but for now, following the rules, i might be posting the result in a thread @ dice :)
awesome result gotvoltage! i believe that is a air/water WR for any phenom 1 according to hwbot!
I'm seeing some really impressive Phenom I results, keep up the good work
any 1 got a cd-rom ? :P im one down, killed my windows. :(
and btw, dont attach too power hungry fans on the motherboard, one transistor on my motherboard poped into sparks, and hit the roof.
DFI still going strong ;)
Comming with more when i got a cd-rom or any method to install that damn windows again.
chewy, post date of creation, and post of ending.
Youve edited post, hard to know.
Thankya.
Well ,, i found my Third tripple Rad,, Its now in the loop:D I thought two would do it.
WELL my Idle is now 26c instead of 29-30c @1,74v...More to come..Fridaynight special..Beer Oclock ....Then Overclock:rofl:
:bows:gOtVoltage:bows:
Sounds nice :)
Wonder if we will see a new world record for 9850 or even overall PHI :D
lol, this is some good fun. I wish I had my PH I, I would give you guys a run for your money. That sucker would max out at 2.8ghz
Nice clocks guys! Keep em coming!
L@@k line #50
Well thats all she wrote............I think i set a decent bar......
I m leaving to Bakersfield for a week,, So this means everone gets an Extra week to Pony up the Scores..
Have fun and trust me Clocking a 140watt chip is a battle you wouldnt believe,, but i tell ya ,,it did take Lots of Beer and some big Icecubes:ROTF:
I check back during the week While im @ my Bro's house in Socal.
have fun all .

Nice work man, spanking some PH II overclocks with that PH I of yours
Question, is Ice allowed for watercooling ?.
And is printscreen is required ?, if 3900 is stable enough to show, but screen isnt allowed, there is usually just 20 mhz between printscreen stable and show stable on PH1 though.
As long as the temps are within the limits of the contest anything goes.....so say you live on the center of the equator and ambients are 90F......Yes you could use Ice to cool the temps down.....as long as you do not exceed the limits on temps I imposed for water....etc if we see temps of cpu lower than ambients I have set.......it results in a disqualification....trying to keep it fair for those on air
DI on an air cooler or on a water cooling radiator is not permitted....as this question was asked...
I chose printscreen and MS paint because it requires some level of stability, sometimes more stability than is needed for a cpu-z capture.....a screen capture program defeats that level of stability i'm looking for. This way the playing field is 100% even etc everyone is printscreen/mspaint stable.
sounds nice, lets start the icemachine, i hope i dont have any issues with too much ice :P
My PH2 ran 7 hours at sub 20's :p
Less than a week to go, get those results in guys.......
relax relax m8 ;) its just a day before i can start again, found out there was benching results from a m8, who had some records and alike on the harddrive.
which i crashed :P
so recovered, in windows install, is @ 39 minutes remaining. and actually while writing, i got error on NTFS.sys, not good...
anyways. got drives at school, ready with ice, water and 9850, and a little 9900 B2 just for fun :D
gl imsochobo, i almost expected gotvoltage to hit 3.9 w/ his setup since he could run 3.6 stable but if you also get over 3.9 that will be impressive! i cant do it w/ my 9850 on weak air, i think water i could give it a run but i could only get screens barely over 3.8ghz w/ 1.73v,,, could maybe open the windows and try to get temps down a little bit but i really have no need for the 720 and would feel bad puttin it in a seller rig so i'll just let you guys have your fun ;)
Chew, Can I cool the mosfets with DI? this board dont like 140w chips over 1.55v, Im wondering if it will help any.
