wow George that's amazing
this GPU pot rocks :D
i hate those cards
soooo hot hhahahah
get Gautam it seems george doesn't mind the -150C+ benching.....
It is amazing to see on the Test Bench so many things made by you Hipro, i hope we soon see some Core 2 Quad Hipro EDition model and HD 2900 Hipro.
You just rock!!!
yours @ 856 Fps nature with 1360/1034

95mhz core less in nature but 6.2 Fps more by KP.....
just curious about this.....
Hipro...insane man!
wait your next xfire run, good work
Congrats hipro!
Why the coldbug now is -187°C? What thing contribute for this? Probablt the new caps..but..why?
Thanks :)
Alex
As soon as I saw the clocks and pictures my jaw dropped on the floor.:eek2:
Those clocks are nothing short of amazing. Excellent work Hipro
What were your max clocks before the mods?
George, may you please let we know wich way you soldered the caps ..I mean were is + and were is - ?
is it ok ? (blue is for positive)

Thanks
i am watchin this george, even 1300 @ dual cards will let us see some crazy numbers :)
woah George crazy stuff.. any details on how those 3 trimpot/jumper caps work ? :D
Thanks M8 and all of you guys...... :)
No I don't think so.... :)
No LOD by me....... (I think that I have left it about LOD=1 as I had it for 2k3 bench.....
Maybe it will be over 900fps with LOD over 3.... ;)
NOT the new caps added.....They have nothing to do with the cold bug, they are only for the voltage.... :)
"Something else" did the trick.....If you go back to my 1900XTs thread, you may find something out..... ;)
It did ~ 1250MHz (not for all 3Ds - straight benching) and 970MHz rams (tight timmings).....and I haven't YET pushed the rams higher.......I have left them in a "safe limit".... :)
Hi there my friend..... :D
YES BLUE IS POSITIVE......EXCEPT the UPPER one which BLUE IS NEGATIVE......:)
NO my friend.......IT MUST do 1350MHz+ CF or nothing..... :D
OR you might want to see some 1500MHz+ on Gigabytes 3870s ;)
....as VoRtAn_MaDgE wrote George.... :)
I'm going to mod my other one today PLUS the OVP and OCP so to feed them over 1.7Volts on Core..... :p: ....TOO HOT.....
Hey Vince, do you think your Tek-9 V.3 pot will handle ALL this load?.... :D
Just 1360mhz? I've seen Durons do better than that
Great work my friend
Thanks M8... :)
P.S. I  :ROTF: with you signature: :D

A higher VDDCI is the solution to the coldbug. It's the voltage for the MC in the core. I think with a lower temperature some internal latencies are automatically decreased (like with the AMD coldbug) and you need a higher VDDCI to compensate for this. How close am I George?
so when is tri or quadfire with thies coming, u would get like 45k in 06
Hipro, you just reminded me why i love your mods.
(Not that i ever forgot :P )
Nice work and show us what they got
OMG......1360mhz+ benchable........impressive hipro :D
