So maybe it's 40, but that's not the point here ;)
Better have the heat moved to your rads then having it in your case :)
Anyway, I wouldn't bother buying any new waterblocks... the NB/SB/ram whatever heatpipe doesn't look to be replaced easily, and since the PWMs are the bad guys here it's no problem cooling them and them alone with water.
Especially if you already own a matching block, as lots of IN9-32X and AB9 QuadGT owners do ;)
But still, I am pretty much pissed with Abit now... I wouldn't think they'd drop their C1E functionality with manually adjusted Vid :(
anyone know anywhere in states with this board?
Me, i'm running the board H24 445X9 on my Q6600 with 1.45v vmch and 1.4v vtt others voltage stock except vcore and vddr of course. Absolutly no problem since 4 days, no crashes or freeze, can play all day long with those settings.
My only problem is that the bios will reset if i put off the power cable (a little annoying...)
Got Today.......Suprise...nice Board I think.........:) :)

Ready..... to Climb high FSB with new UGURU version

Nice stuff Hazzan, I think that's the kind of results we were hoping for. But you gotta read Clunks "living review", more like "living nightmare". :D
I was chalking it up to a bad board till Shanks got one and experienced the same issues.
nice FSB there Hazzan! have you tried it with OCCT yet?
@TheSamurai : not Yet !! later ..............
@ Hazzan->Got Today.......Suprise...nice Board I think.........:) :)
At last somebody with positive thnings about this board. Did you have any problems like the ones mentioned in this forum ?
I certainly didn't with a E6600.....
@Hazzan: what about the vdroop, bro? Any good improvement compared from his "old" brother: IP35 series?
Hazzan should have mine by the weekend hopefully I'll get a review up shortly after ;)
Took delivery of mine this morning, will try to complete build ASAP,....but some worrying comments for sure...lets hope my Silverstone TJ09 keeps the PWMs cool enough (there are two 120mm fans real close to them).
@ Clunk...where did you & Shanks buy your boards from??
To be honest though, If I can get to 3.4-3.6 GHz I will be a happy bunny
I think we both got them from Komplett.
Thing is, I managed 500FSB right out of the box, and 457x9 (not stable), thats not the problem, it's when you've been using it a while, and the freezing BIOS starts to get a bit much, and also, it requires much more voltage to hit the same overclocks as other boards.
I be interested to see if anyone can get stable over 410FSBx9 with a quad, with relatively sane voltage :)
Personally, I dont believe that it is faulty as such, just badly thought out.
@Johnny Bravo : I ll waiting your result Bro.....:) :)
After 4 days of tweaking and clocking i have the following results:
Attachment 67231
The board is rock solid, no freezing, nice reboot after failed oc.
No issues so far.
what do you mean by "not stable"?...are you referring to running benches or just P95 stability?
i think this board is just a walk over from the IP35 Pro as a DDR2 board....SO...getting 4113 Mhz to be stable is going to be a problem under air and possibly water...you really need a DDR3 board to make that Mhz stable for a Q6600, IMO.
The 4113Mhz was quite literally the highest that I could get it to boot at, and get a CPU-Z validation, regardless of voltage - Not complaining about that. The stability issues were after 400FSB. 410 was just probably doable on water, but needed just short of 1.6v, so not great.
i would like to try this board...IF...it was a DDR3 board...i am ready to upgrade to DDR3 only because i have a little extra money to spend on this upgrade...if i didn't have it, i would stay right where i am now with the "Pro" board....don't you have a gigabyte X38 board?..is it DDR2?
It's supershanks that has the gigabyte board, it's the DQ6 DDR2. :)
I would fancy a DDR3 board myself, but not until I've got a penryn to go with it :D
My test review, I will translate it into English version later, sorry to come late :)

looking forward to your review in english, tintin...
I reveived a new bios file from Abit Europe New BIOS file 12b02. I also have the confirmation that the fan mount clips for the pwm's should be included. When i get more info, you will get it to !!!
When you want the bios email me @
nmsystems@chello.nl
The problem with bios freezes is also adressed. This can occur when you press del before the post code 26 (some issue with pressing del before graphics car detection). They promised this will be resolved...
Excellent, a new Beta bios.....Keep us posted...and I want my fan clips too !!
On a side note, I ordered my board from Scan and it came with a 92mm Papst fan in a seperate clear plastic bag, not in the bundle.....but only now has the penny dropped....for the PWM's?
The bundle BTW is pathetically sparce...especially given I am used to the DFI LP series :)
