YES...it's your standard re-enforced garden hose and NO i wont
be replacing it with Tygon before someone starts up about it,
I am not concerned about the looks of this particular case it is
a 'intrim case' while I finish modding my current case/project.
I have spied some nice shiny 7/16 black hose in a catalog my
Hydraulic fittings supplier gave me that i think I'll try out on that :-)
For now though, the garden hose with it's 100% UV resistance &
guarantee for 10 years, not to mention not one cable tie or clamp
required ! shall do for now ;-)

Ambient temp is now 21.2 (aircon roarin LoL)
Standard E6600 settings (2400mhz) idle temps 33 load
temps 38!!
Yesterday I tried mounting the block without any thermal compound,
temps were around 3 degrees higher across the board on idle and
~5-6 under load.
Will snatch a few screenies with cpuid coretemp Prime95
and SuperPI all running later this arvo to add to the post
atm though it is back to the lounge to watch the Australian
Grand Prix GO WEBBER...

Pump is Swiftech MCP655 GPU waterblock is custom made by myself (gpu never goes above 42 degres running ATi1800GT0 presently) as is the evap cooling tower, all of which have been posted in past on XTremeSystems forums if you want to have a little search about for them if your interested in seeing them :-)Quote:

As suspect dropping VCore to 1.35 from 1.41 LoL reduced the temps ALOT hehe ;-P

I can not believe you did that with a dremel and a drill press...
BTW is there somewhere online that you can get good quality cutting tools for dremels that can cut copper and aluminum? I have been doing a lot of mods with lian li cases and 3/16 aluminum plates recently and all I can find are tungsten carbide discs and stones... locally anyway.
But yeah... wow... That is amazing. Can't say I would buy your block but I still know craftsmanship when I see it.
BTW Nice MX5000 keyboard mouse combo there :P are you plagued by hordes of lag and disconnect issues as well?
I want to know how on earth you get such precise cuts with a dremel? And how you got the shape of the acrylic so uniform? I mean your stuff looks like it was done on a computerized mill.
