Hi Toppc, thanks for your earlier share. I am looking forward to your new release of the bios for 790GX-G45. Hopefully the coming one can free my X3 720 BE. :)

790FX-GD70 UPDATE V1.51 FIX 2>4 3>4 CAN'T RUN SP2004x4
thanks, download link? ;)
lol I didn't think of that... thanks
are you having the same lockup issue like with 1.4x?
I just tried 1.5B1 with a 550 and my lock up issues are gone! Ran a 5 pass run of IBT at max and a few minutes of P95 blend just as a quick test. No insta-freeze, so now it's off to try my 720. :)
Thanks toppc!

Awesome! I'll throw this on my GD70 tonight. So am I correct in assuming that the fix was not implemented in the 1.4 final release?
There is no 1.4 final yet. They may just skip 1.4 and release a 1.5
Looks like we've got a winner
Finally my 4th core from my X3 720BE is now stable..!!
Kudos to the person who made the 1.51B BIOS!!!
Now gonna see how far this chip can go...

Toppc
Thank you for the new BETA. http://prohardver.hu/dl/s/rl.gif
Unfortunately I have some issues with it.
1. It automatically sets the HT to 1600MHz and when I set it manually to 2000MHz then sometimes my system can't boot up (FF on post code disp.).
2. When I try to set the NB multiplier from 10x (auto) up to 11x or 12x (etc.) the systems can't start at all, while I can simply clock it up to even 2600MHz with raising the FSB. So I think that the problem is not in my CPU.
Please advise. Thank you.
