Nice! I enjoy looking at all your sexy rigs! LOL! Well here is my 2nd water cooled HTPC I just finished it last night let it bleed out overnight. Overall I'm pretty happy with it I wish I could have fit the pump inside. I will probaly pick up a ddc that should fit up inside in front of the PSU besides this D4 is redicuosly loud. I guess I should have done some more research on the pump, But hey for $29!! Thanks Petra! Well here you go what do you think! :)

its my old 939 system... i had all the hardware for ages but did nothing and decided to practice before attempting it on some newer gear
its a bit hard to see the loop but it basically goes like
.. -> 120.3 rad -> swiftech microres -> mcp655 pump -> ek cpu block -> ek mosfet -> mcr220 -> ek full cover 8800 block -> ek mobo chipset block -> ..
and it is all internal (except for 2x120mm fans) !
here's my dad's dual xeon rig, mcr320 up top with modified fuzion v1's on the cpu :up: (bigger picture in my work log ;))

...the stock memory/VRM cooling plate keeps the VRM's around 50c. Fan is set to only 24% speed
And now for the completed look. There are a pair of white cathodes in the case, but my Canon S3is made the light blue for some reason. :(

Well, I got a PM asking for pics of my setup so here you go Socarswim.
From the front I modified for a clear airflow and a mounting point for the Delta GFB1212VHW which being a hair over 72mm deep I needed more room to be able to keep the front HD bays available.

Found the case in my girlfriends storage shed, with no panels, and all the other parts I had sitting in the attic for the last few years. Going to retire the MCW6002 with my own custom waterblock shortly.

Check out the back radiator fitting. I saw something similar in a forum, and actually that was the only normal way to fit it (had to sacrifice 3x 120mm vents), since there is a need for space for the connectors.

In this pic you can still see an air bubble tornado coming out of the VGA waterblock outlet. The strangest thing is, that it appears periodically, when it disappears and the system is turned off, i can't manage to find it anywhere (moving all the components to hear the sound of water moving around), and then, it appears again.

I have an update on my rig. Changed some hardware to i7 and installed new reservoir in loop. Sorry, for bad pictures because it's hard to capture the red lightning with this $#@*ing camera. In real life it seems much more like the redlight district in my country except with one major difference that there isn't a girl waiting behind the glass. :rofl: :ROTF: :D

I have reconfigerd my wc loop. Before this the pump was above the resovoir and thats not so handy if you want to refill your loop.

@slpdLoad: For your CPU mounting hardware isn't there suppose to be springs for a tension mount rather than the hard mount one you have on it now? But it looks good! I'm venturing into WCing for the first time myself!
That koolance block needs max pressure so turn that D5 up to max and route the tubing straight to it from D5 then rad, that would give you the best temps. Love the blue coolant and the GTX 295, they are over $1000 here so I wont be getting one for a very long time.Quote:

You're correct, there were springs in the mounting kit that came with the block. However, I read on the forums that hard-mounting gave better pressure, and I didn't want to deal with the springs losing strength over time. I found it easier to work with, and have good temps, but your mileage may vary.Quote:
