My Water cooled NZXT Lexa
I know it is not as extreme as some of the cases I have seen but it works for me and the performance is great.

My current water cooling system:
D-Tek Fuzion CPU block
Swiftech MCW30 chipset block
Swiftech MCR-220 radiator
Swiftech Hi-Flo Reservoir
Laing D5 variable 12v pump
Masterkleer 7/16" ID clear tubing (8 feet)
Swiftech HydrX & distiled water
Vantec 53cfm, 28dBa, 120mm 'Stealth' fans on radiator
Flow order: res-pump-rad-cpu-nb-res
Martins estimated flow rate: 2.08 GPM!
I replaced an old Swiftech Apogee GT CPU water block with the better flowing D-Tek Fuzion and removed a Swiftech MCW60 on a x1900xtx, as a result both my flow rates and cooling capacity have increased.
I know I need a bigger case but I just cant pry myself from my Lexa. :p:
