That's a simple old style voltmeter measuring the voltage from the Lamptron FCT fan controller, connected to a specially made cable that you can see here:

How did you get those Noctua clips to fit that TY-140? I had to file down my TY-140 to get it to be able to use Noctua fan clips.Quote:
