You need to use ALL memory in LinX and re-run at 5Ghz and repost. I bet you will need more voltage. What memory kit are you running? 4GB? 8GB? 16GB? My 3770K can do same at 1.228 vcore with 1024 memory.Quote:

Yes, 1.288vcore 3770K 5GHz in LinX IF I leave memory used in LinX set to 1024MB. I need 1.415vcore to run 5Ghz LinX with ALL memory selected in LinX which means it uses roughly 6993MB out of my 8GB installed.Quote:

Well the 3226C840 3770K turned out to be marginally better than the 3226B988, it only needed 1.35V for 4.8GHz linx/prime stablility but still not nearly as good as my current 3213B472.

Hey all,
My 3770K from batch L2308575(Malay) so far is disappointing.
Prime stable only at 4.4GHZ with 1.25v and temperatures reaching 83C on some cores, but can't hit anything higher.
So far I've tried 4.5GHZ with 1.265v and also I've tried lowering PLL to 1.5v, LCC is set at 75%.
I'll be playing more with it this evening. Screen shots to follow soon-ish.
Remove IHS and change for liquid pro u will be amazed of temp drops and stabiltyQuote:
