Bios F4's, this "TDP limit" is apparently turned off, just like you can disable speedstep, so that turbo enabled is practically giving you +1 multi, so you will need more vcore to be stable. If this is a hidden setting in bios, (at this point I would think it has to be), I wish GB would let us turn it on or off, ie make the setting visible....though I guess we can by changing bioses...There are pluses and minuses to both ways.
