Max overclock for me and on air so far. I live in Oklahoma and it was in the 70's when I did this. Windows opened so no chilled air here. Vcore was 1.456v.

Nice Results bluto, what temps are you getting at that speed ?
On what H20 systems of courcrse (RAD/Block/Pump/Fans@RPM, etc...)
:eek:Oh yeah this is mine under dry ice test.. batch 3837B017

That is not possible...it's a c0!!!
That is possible indeed, I did it on DICE and I had another friend with i920 did the exact same result on SS.
@PytonOrm, your stepping is actually the early batch of the i920, the late batch numbers are 3841-3843.
Let's not forget eva2000, who has been doing it on air since last year ! If you look at the very early c0's, they clocked like the early d0's, the unanswered question is whether most d0's will continue to show the same pattern or will settle in at the 3.6-4.1 range like the majority of c0's ? Time will tell !
Air cooled for now....

Water cooling system is on the way and should be here On Thursday, I'll try to push higher over the weekend.
Who knows I7 920 D0 batch # 3850A796?
I think it's just a bug, I'm not aware of OCZ ever made 127MB DDR3, plus..if I had a 127MB in there then the total memory size would have been 10367MB, not 12288MB (2048MB x6) ;) Another weird thing I noticed is whenever my system woke up from S3, CPUZ would report my memory timing as 4-7-7-24 instead of 7-7-7-24 where I had it set. I have been running Prime95 since 5am this morning to see if there's any memory module failure, and will run the memtest and linx afterward.
True, TRUE120 air 4.4ghz HT enabled 3d benchable with i7 920 3836A756 C0 ages back http://www.xtremesystems.org/forums/...d.php?t=214241 but need more vcore LOL. Now on water and HT enabled max 32m improved from 4474mhz to 4620mhz so i'm hoping 3d benchable has improved with HT enabled too heh
my d0 and c0 hit the same max on phase 5068mhz
on the other hand this is every voltage at stock, 1.2375 vcore set, with vdroop. Measured 1.177v under load via DMM

Those temps are very low bluto, especially with such a high ambient (just 14 degrees delta at load is amazing), I take it your fans were spinning fast :D
here is some stability for now. working on 205x21 with low volts but seems a little harder than 4.2 hton right now. my board is bad so I think that has to do with it. I get new board tomorrow. more to follow.

hello
I have a 920 D0 3847A and a 21*194 I need to vCore 1.25V in bios (and with a Rampage II Extreme that is in full/load ~1.29v) to be stable under OCCT, CPU Stress MT, etc.. ..
with a lower vCore, OCCT, CPU Stress MT or Prime95 which closes on its own or BSOD (reboot)
1.29v to be stable at 21*194 (HT on) you find that good or not?
thank you ;)
