I dont think my 2gb ram will clock anywhere near that good..

I'm suprised I can even clock this winchester, what with its :banana: :banana: :banana: :banana: mem controller that wouldnt do above 250 with 1gb

After few tries of diff things, I came to conclusion 4 512mb is better way to go for 2gb with planning to get some decent oc (mhz wise) as well as advantage of bank interleaving

This is a MUST have for Toledo. 6/18 was horrible, this has fixed those problems.

don't complain, my winchester can't do more than early 230's on the controller. Boo!

My lan doesn't work in latest bios! WTF, :banana::banana::banana::banana:ing DFI....

EDIT: at least gigabit marvell lan still works :D

My onboard sound didnÂ´t work with 623-3.

So I tried to flash back to 510 that I used before -> board doesnÂ´t post anymore. :rolleyes:

My sound works fine with 623-3. I used a diamond flash image too (i hate flashing bios :p: )

This bios is horrible. Can't run above 275FSB with my dual core 4400. When I initially plugged the cpu in (before dual cores were recognized), I could easily run 28X 3140. We need a new bios bad. :mad:

Got my new Ultra-D yesterday.

Now thereÂ´s a coating of epoxy or something like that on the SLI-mod-bridge! :rolleyes:

So my PC is up and running again...on 510-1 as perfectly as before! Looks like a got a BIOS-corruption with the old one.

Any ideas? Hotflashing is not my thing, have no experience with these things.

I am running a venice 3200, with a ultra D.
I flashed to the 2 bios, if I remember right...

I get the 233 option, but nothing else.
however, that 233 option wont work for me.
all that happens is my computer will never boot if I try it.

also, directly after flashing, I thought my bios was dead.
so I did the Insert-reset trick, and luckily it worked.
all is fine.
but if you try and this happens to you, just remember the insert trick.

if you fail to boot after bios flash , try to clear cmos or press/hold the insert key and press reset button to reset the system ... The system bios will automatically hide the non-functionable ddr divider/multilier depend on the cpu clock multiplier selected

This works well for my system, but I have a feeling that -3 isn't great for my Ballistix as only the orange slots work (no post at all with yellow, even in single channel).

Also, I think 260 3-3-3-8 isn't the peak for this RAM, it doesn't even get warm.

Anyone got any input what I should use with my Ballistix?

Which version would be for me with my TCCD? I can't seem to get the right ones...and would it help me out alot? I can't seem to get any overclock besides Stock clocks stable..
