This means that a 4core/8thread 32nm should consume about 106W which is a good drop from the 163W needed for 45nm, That would be some of the best reductions a shrink has ever yielded.

they will be cheaper and will be released alot sooner if AMD is offing something that can compete with it...

btw when is the next 32nm AMD CPU coming?
and how well it will do Vs i7 32nm?
