Well.. timings/freq is adequate to Hyper's.. nothing exceptionl. But Hypers for 70 bucks? Whoa.. :) Kinda wish to know which kit it is and more.. if 3x2GB's are same.. even if Hyper's tends to die recently, still for 70 USD? :D Worth trying.

Yea, I've seen quite a lot of ppl complaining on them.. but didn't tough its "that" bad.. Well.. Micron FTW. :) I was going to buy 3x dirty cheap single OCZ's with probably D9GTS. :D (at least according to crazy 1.9V voltages and very very tight timings).

Nice results, Mushkin's amazing. Their DDR2 RAM doesn't always clock as well as the competition, but their customer service and warranty is far and away the best in the business. You can even trade in your old modules for credit to buy new ones...that's why I'm getting the 6GB kit linked above for $75 off :yepp:

I have a set of these coming today :yepp: Board and CPU aren't coming till next week :shakes:

Are you talking about hyperX or all brands?

I had 2 HyperX and 2 Corsair GT sticks die on me, that's 4 different kits from two different brands. The only Hyper E that have not died yet(knock on wood) are the one from Patriot.

testing Max Cas 7 @ 1.65v right now - 32m on 1700 7-8-7-20 1n seems good now but testing is just starting
