Dude my case is now desk height.

I can't see the pics because work blocks them, but I'll be sure to comment once i get home.
Bump up your VTT a tad :) (or QPI voltage, or whatever ASUS is calling it--been swapping between Giga, EVGA and ASUS recently and can't remember what they call each setting :wth: ).
Can't wait to see this all in action :toast:
(and for your impressions of the various 350 plates....I have a few blanks right here for when I get to that block :wasntme: )
well i was suposed to recieve 3 packages today.
Only 1 came.
Which is from PPC! So performance-pcs, deserves a
Finished the Sleeving. Its not perfect tho. :\ Meh, whatevers..

I dont know how the hell you guys can do this... i wanted to quit at least 3 times while doing this many.

Is this one to make ya proud RAID?
Anyhow tired of sleeving, need more shrink wrap, i think ima take a break for today.
Looking forward to this one!
It'll be interesting to see how your customer CPU block stuff performs.
Looking good Pal, keep the pics coming.
:eek2::eek2::eek2::eek2::eek2::eek2::eek2:
My little pc seems so insignificant now. :(
I Actually have these voices in my head telling me to sell my entire system and build a new one :(
I blame you and Shazza!
Has to be stated:
Ok, now on to the building! Lookin good NaeKuh. I told you that you were overloading that PSU. Now I can say HA HA HA! TOLD YA SO!Quote:
More build quality, less soap box.
Once you get the hang of sleeving it goes by quickly. Keep it up!
Looks like a spaceship ;) Keep it up! You're doing a great job.
Looks interesting thus far. For multiple PSUS you should look at a Bitspower Station
??? linky
im using that dual psu adapter. It has another PSU plug where the green and black wire is cliped.
I just clipped it because it was too long.
Waiting for more pacakges.
i think im expecting around 5 to come.
Now i understand why u guys say i need to be in the "zone" to do this.
if your not, theres a couple of times where you want to throw that stupid wire out the window.
So true. Well the thing that I found out to be the most irritating is when you want to remove the pins from the motherboard / PCI-e connector. It can be really tricky to get the tool to push in those small "flaps". I used ac ryans tool which really was anything but perfect.. when pushing it into connector you could easily see that it was to thick so it started to force the plastic on the connector. Sometimes you could even see the black plastic turning a bit greyish (sign of plastic expanding). I would like to see a new revision of that tool with a bit thinner "pins".
i was using my trusty sunbeam kit.
it works well, its just sleeving then heat shrining, its so mundane, and your doing it 24x!!!
gah!
24X! after that many times u could do it in your sleep and have nightmares about it.
Reason i chose that color is because the eVGA classified is black and red. I think the glowing red will go nice with it.
Also im using glowing orange zipties more as bling this time then function. (got ideas planning out)
24x is nothing m8. think 50 -60 and you're getting close :D I more or less spent a complete weekend just sleeving. Couldn't do much else as I was working wierd shifts so there really was no time to do something proper. So sleeving it had to be
Think I'ma get me one of those sunbeam kits.
this going to be an awesome build, looking forward to the finished build :)
also, do u think it's worth to mod the dual top for ddc3.2s? only need to flatten the holes facing the impellers right?
ugh why you have to show me this after i got my order from hank?
Need to place another one now.
meh, i'll get a different cap and recap it while i get that bitspower station.
Meh all my tubing as arrived. I cant believe this is 50 dollars in tubing.
http://i125.photobucket.com/albums/p...a/IMG_1288.jpg
im already missing my cheap masterkleer
http://www.moddersmart.com/en/master...-5-8in-od.html
I just ordered 15' not too long ago. ;)
oh i should note, that i will be using some crazy paralell setups in my cpu loop. Mostly at my 90 degree points to reduce restriction at those 90's.
I'll show you guys what i mean during my build.
finally someone does parrellel
