What kind of CPU score is that if it uses the GPU? I don't get it.

I've got a feeling that it's the physX driver that needs to be modded. Anyway 177.39 are good drivers in their own right!

be back soon
That completely OWNS for a single GPU.
Looks like for this generation Nvidia is actually going to beat AMD at 3dmark.
Now I want to see TRI-SLI. :p:
Also it seems there are still BIG performance increases coming to 200 series with new driver improvements, it will be exciting to see how much better these cards get over the next 2 months or so.
i installed physx drivers and it shows the same for my 8800GT with 177.35

Yeah i would love to know how it works with games. Is there that much bottleneck with the cpu, that the graphics are pushed out so quick that physics are computed in it's 'spare' time? Judging by the fps shown on the first page (for UT3) it seems like it.
BTW if those benches are true they DEMOLISH the 4850. It's astonishing.
First time Vantage ever hehehe...what do you think?

I think it's not working :(
EDIT: It's working?
BTW, Q6600@3600Mhz DDR2 1000@5-5-4-12 PL7 etc..

=] it deff works here but it seems to pause a bit during the physics test so mayb new drivers will fix that i also ran the test @ 1680 x 1050

Nope it's working :) Now i just want my g80 to work!!

It's even better with a second card. On a single card, partitioning the workload to do some physics = lower graphics framerate.
But yes, GPU physics can be just that much faster than even physics on a quad core :)
You've heard of "CPU-bound", you've heard of "GPU-bound", but now you'll hear about "Physics-bound"
Very nice driver, nice increase in scores. Everyone will have to rerun Vantage.
Give me 64bit vista version :)
