works fine here. However i would like to know if there is a newer version of TAT available?
this is reporting ~15*C higher than speedfan. normal? i know its different sensors, the intel one being buried deeper... but still.
yes this is the program that consumers cannot get. I believe its only for system builders and such. Its supposedly able to stress the cpu beyond 100%, even tho thats not possible. I think i read it at xbitlabs or something. I finally have a hold of it!
I would be careful if I were you when using that program when stress testing...
i didnt set a workload, i just opened it to see the temps compared to speedfan... was this a mistake?
E6600 - P5W Deluxe here as well, and it doesn't run at all. Nothing happens.
EDIT: Same as below, this file is only 52 bytes.
Not working? All I get is a 52 byte file that won't execute
Why be careful when stresstesting with TAT? If a CPU cant pass this test then the system is unstable and some settings has to be changed.
Edit: The file should be 3.31MB. Maybe just temporary server problem, better try again later.
Downloaded from another source. Works fine. DTS info states that overheat interrupts are dissabled. Did TAT do this? Does this mean there's no safety net for this thing?
Is it possible for someone to download it and create a link for it?
Looks like someone over at Tech enclave has uploaded it to Rapidshare
The Rapidshare DL link
Sweet program, it works real well. Would be handy to put up on the screen while fine tuning waterblock mounts to find the best temp :)
I dl'ed it the other day, it installed ok, but wont run. I get this message:
Any advise?Quote:
Error enumerating on demand clock modulation support
Terminating tool
Here is a direct download link for TAT

I have the same board as you and I am getting the same error message.
mine worked just fine....does this crash computer.....dont want to crash computer....holy :banana::banana::banana:
this things says my temp is 35-37...my bios and LAvalys say its like 42-45....
My temps are a few degrees higher with this than Core Temp. Think I'll leave Prime95 running over night and see what the temps are like in the morning, reached 67c after a couple of minutes 100% load that's with 1.48vcore.
EDIT: It seems this program stresses the processor more than Prime95 because with two instances of Prime running the max temp was 62c on core 1 and 60c on core 2, that was with Prime running for two hours.
TAT is showing 42C dual prime E6400 @ 3.2 GHZ / 1.45V with Big Typhoon.
Of course. TAT stresses the CPU as much as BurnBX (BurnP6.exe) did. And that was the most stressful program out there.Quote:

May I ask what should I do if it says "Invalid Processor". I have a P4 3.2ghz at this time.
Upgrade to a C2D processor.
Where I can download LATEST version of TAT? I have v2.05.2006.0427
Does not work with Xeon.
