Yes, the competition is alive...It will begin as scheduled. I will assemble prelim teams about mid October and see where we are...:up:

I didn't take the comment personally, wfo... that race is in the past anyway... I just didn't want the handicap comment in this thread creating confusion for this race, in case others try to read in between the lines of the comment. that's the only reason I posted and quoted Dak's OP WIP list.

OK...seems appropriate to have WTF teams. Whiskey - Tango - Foxtrot. Of course Foxtrot will also have the tastee little tarts.

More good news, after talking to the Regional VP, we have decided to give him a Windowed Corner Office...upstairs with everyone else. No more furnace in da basement. He should grow accustomed to the Brick and Mortar building that can be seen from his new office. The mortar was done quite professionally. He can also keep an eye on the trash cans and dumpster we have in the alley (another fantastic view & benefit of this highly coveted office).

I could't stand not having a decent graphics card (8800GT is in for repair)
So........................ I have just spent £280 on graphics cards :yepp: and have been given the clear to use as much electricity as I want.
Cards will be here end of the week along with a motherboard and CPU to go with them. I'm not telling you what the actual parts are but I'll give a few sneaky photos when they arrive.
