Great runs NewBeetle!
9x6xx 1:1 is a great achievement! With better memories and motherboard sub-9m in 32M would be a history :D
Better memory? What you want from memory which does 610+ 4-4-4-X with only 2.6v :P
32M is insane result, impressive 611X9
Many thanks dinos22-san, 1Day-san, Trox-san, T_M-san, mup0-san, yotomeczek-san, ent-san, Miravo-san, Zannema-san :toast:
I will report on the image ,the spec, and the feature of my 4 Pots as early as possible.
Please wait for a while. ;)
The tape might not only be used to control the temp but also paper is used.
I will report them.
Please wait for a while. ;)
Please send me PM.
I'll tell you the information about it.
Thank you so much, ent-san.
I will try sub-9m next run. ;)
I am shameful in my desire ..deep... :p:
I want to hold out more by this memory. :D
Hi, Zannema-san.
I'm very sorry for my slightly improvement to your record. :(
Let's hold out sub-9m aiming each other.
DEWA DEWA ~
NewBeetle
hey just noticed that you have very interesting looking container NewBeetle-san. looks really nice imo.
very different from what i have seen . most of them are usually round.. does that kind of design give any advantage in term of cooling power..
or is it just for looks.
32m run is very impressive, but I think you can do sub 9 minutes. Good luck.
New Beetle-san
very impressive
thx for sharing all that stuff and keep pushing :D
NewBeetle-san, that result is absolutely amazing. And to think, just yesterday I was telling Fredyama-san that I figured 9x would be next to useless for serious benching. :p: Amazing performance and 32M stability at such a high FSB. Just amazing.
very nice super pi benches newbeetle ;)
NewBeetle-san id just like to thank all the input and advice you and team japan have given to the overclocking community,
personally i know ive learnt a great deal not only about extreme PI benching, but optimizing performance at slower speeds and today again about pot dynamics,
congratulations on the amazing results ;)
im very interested on how you feel cooling the mch and sb affects your fsb and cpu overclocks? does the Vio mod give you extra stability at higher clocks?
Excellent result man :)
Congratz
Thank you always, Solarfall-san, Stapler-san, Zannema-san, PcCI2iminal-san, Gautam-san, blind_ripper-san, youngpro-san, LaMpiR-san :toast:
Not just for looks. :p:
The purpose of this square shape is to expand the bottom product, and to improve the cooling capacity.
It seems "9x622" or "10x573" is necessary for sub-9m.
But never give up. :D
I was also the same yesterday. :(
However, when I set "CPU PLL Voltage" to "AUTO" today, my E6700#7 came to be very stable @5.7G or more. ;)
Please try it.
I cannot show you the internal structure of the pot any more.....
because of the right of the design. :(
Please pardon this situation.
Even me, it was an unbelievable result. :p:
However, sub-9m will be achieved by 10x. :D
I feel the mch and sb cooling is very important.
However, so as not to cool them too much, I am cooling by water.
And I think that Vio mod is not very important for this P5K board.
DEWA DEWA ~
NewBeetle
I say as little later, but congrats your new 32M WR
I think 9x ratio and high fsb (1:1) best way for your plan(sub 9min).
Good luck!
WOW.. :) really really nice run.. :)
looking forward for your sub 9m for a 32m run..
Good Luck!! ^_^
Thank you always, erwinz-san :toast:
This is today's my result.....
9x ratio is "Geki-chin" today... :p:
Next I try my plan by 10x ratio. :D

How close are you to the 9min barrier?
This is nice... You are the type of a man, who when starts one thing, he will struggle and struggle to achieve absolute maximum :D
I am personally amazed, great score NewBeetle-san!
By the way
If your P5K-E have any cold-bug issues?
Omedetou! Sub 8.8
Fantastic!!!
Amazing!!!
Crazy!!!
A truely inspiring set of results NewBeetle-san
Impressive CPU, and S.O  ;) :worship: :worship: :worship:, great work newbeetle
You and your E6700 are incredibles,no more words, only congratulations   ;)
It looks like breaking the SPI WR is a piece of cake for you :D
Amazing SPI times! Congrats again :D

NewBeetle, may I ask why you use two different P5K's?
Congrats on the record!
I knew it was coming Newbeetle, congrats.
Bravo
The bar has been set very high friends, who is up to the challenge? :D

Magnificent!
Impressive as always mate! :toast:
Congratulation, you have break 9m in 32M, i try this wednesday.
Very impressive Newbeetle:clap:
we are not worth thee :worship: :worship: :worship: :worship: :worship:
you are the man NewBeetle   :toast:
No, no, not "as always" - much better :D. You're still amazing us :).
Where is the limit, 6GHz or more? ;)
And what about that Level 7? Was there some higher V needed or so? On other Pi it should help also I suppose.
With vanilla it was no chance of doing that? Because when I asked about it - http://www.xtremesystems.org/forums/...&postcount=177 - the answers was not optimistic ;).
What now? Sub4 16M? ;)
Congratulations again!
:eek2:
:worship: Newbeetle and his magical A6700 :worship:
WOWOWEEE...
your the man.. :)
congratz.. ^_^
that is some CPU power.. :D
NewBeetle Congratulations!!!
Congratulations on breaking 9 minutes!
Amazing...
:eek2:
NewBeetle you have just dominated the whole SPi world! This sub-9m run will be remembered for a long time! Congratulations!
I think that with new board you can also improve other records! (like 16M for example :D), am I right? :D
Many thanks all and always!!! :toast: :toast: :toast:
I will not forget your congratulations through my life. :D
@x9 ratio, my P5K is a little stabler than my P5K-E.
But @x10, my P5K-E is a little stabler than my P5K. :p:
Good luck, Zannema-san!
How to improve "performance level" is the setting of "CPU PLL Voltage" in my system (CPU#7 & P5K-E).
Only setting it to "AUTO", the level "7" can work.
It was a blind point for me.
And I think my vanilla can work Lebel "7" if it is the same setting as P5K-E.

Very impressive Mitsuaki-san!!!
Great achievement! :D :toast:
That CPU is a real killer. When will you start benching 3D? :)
Very nice runs Newbeetle-san ;) I'd love to play with such a great CPU...
Congrats :toast:
It only took you 6 weeks, now didn't IT :)
After 1M, that was another wall that simply gave in to you, tired of all that restless smashing, NewBeetle
Huge congrats :toast:
I was sure, you will be first person, who can run under 9 min.
Great cpu, and greater master! Congratulations!:toast:
Now, you must go
Team Japan is the true SPI king! :yepp:
Many thanks all!!! :toast:
At present, it is difficult. :(
However, I do not think it is impossible. ;)
I did 3D bench only once with 7900GTO-SLI.
However, I did not continue because it cost too much. :(
I want to try again if there is a good sponsor. :p:
Thank you so much for your congratulations always, before-san :)
I know you are one of the greatest pi bencher in the world.;)
I wish the goddess of OC to bring you a great CPU like your FX-57(San Diego) again.
Thank you so much for your encouragement. ;)
However, I want to take the rest only a little now. :p:
Thank you always, over-san.
This result is a favor of this great cpu. :D
I make an effort to demonstrate the ability of this chip. ;)

1. Maxx NEO (90mm x 60mm x 120mm / 2050g) by TAM
For P4(Prescott,Cedar Mill)
Extra high-power CPU Pot, but it is difficult to treat and it awfully cools surrounding capacitors. :p:
2. Kuri-Pro 2 (60mm x 120mm / 1340g) by TAM
For Athlon XP(Barton), Athlon 64(Winchester,ClawHammer),Core2DUO(Merom), Pentium M(Dothan)
It's a basic model and the temperature management is easy. ;)
3.Kuri-Pro 4 (70mm x 150mm / 1650g) by TAM
For P4(Prescott,Cedar Mill), Core2DUO(Conroe)
It is easy to treat, gets cold well, and LN2 cost is good, too.
4.V-TEC ARC Pot Rev.12.0XE by Vigor
Only for Pentium M780 (I got pifast WR with this pot : 07-28-2005)

the Tara-chan 1st.. looks really cute ;) thanks for posting the pic of your containers they are awesome ..
and like blind_ripper i would like yo know too what does dewa dewa mean..
Impressive container round-up ...
Newbeetle, how much helps the watercooled Northbridge and southbridge to get te overclock stable? Is it just a matter of 1-2mhz higher than with aircooling or am I wrong here?
The advantage of watercooled might be about 2-5MHz. :p:
However, watercooled might be considerably advantageous if becoming long distance like 32M.
For me the maximum advantage of watercooled is not to cause the flow of air.
The flow of air should be a little because it makes frost and dew on the board. :(
Therefore, FAN is used to cool the memory by a minimum amount of the wind.
DEWA DEWA ~
NewBeetle
Thank you for the images and explanations of the POTS, your comments about airflow are very informative too. Again your generous spirit with information and help is greatly appreciated. May you go from strength to strength.
omg >5700mhz 32m is out of this world  congratulations from here as well for the sub 9min 32m. Looks like you have the best chip, equipment & skills around the world at the moment - simply godlike what you're doing these days

Congratulation beetle san.It's wonderfull score.
That's quite a lot of copper Newbeetle, thanks for the explanations.

Thank you so much, the-strokes-san, hipro5-san, asterix34-san, Stapler-san, Zannema-san :toast:
No, I didn't use them.
I use not only masking tape but also paper towel. :D
The paper towel is very important.
It has high adiabaticity and absorbs the drop of water.
I use it with matching the shape of the socket.
Thank you aways, hipro5-san :toast:
And congratulations on your 3DMark06 WR!!! :toast: :toast: :toast:
I am looking forward to your result on Wednesday.

But it may not be E6700 because it shows x31 multiplier. :D

But using LN2 on it, NB is freezed. :(
Using dry ice and adjusting the temp (-)10C-(+)5C, I can run @FSB635MHz.

OMG!!! Extremely nice, congrats:up:.
Youre welcome :).. I have an E6700 coming ( L626B ), maybe you can wish the same for me ;)
I tried using dry ice on the chipset and my commando's max fsb on 1066strap went from 490fsb to almost 520fsb... but my pot was just a nb cooler with a bunch of dry ice on top lol.....

I notice that NewBeetle-san is only running the northbridge at -10C, so it doesn't seem like that'd take anything too elaborate.
Whatever works,right. :D
I love seeing xtreme northbridge cooling. The only time I tried it was on an i875 board...don't have any two containers that can fit properly atm on new boards. :-/
Congrats on new WRs NewBeetle! 9x617 runs are just awesome!
Why did you go back to P5K from P5K-E?
