Nice ;)
Did you tested multi 7 also ?

Nice ;)
Did you tested multi 7 also ?
btw: is 3892mhz the absolute max?
nop, i have test max screen with 11, 9, 8.5 and 8.
i can t boot with 5 and 6 multi, don t know why :(
gianni: no, it s not the max but impossible to get lower temps under chiller.
maybe its the fluid limit (-25 certified) and i ll see if i get off the ihs or not :D
get a better cooling-system :D
next week i'll go to a friend with a vapo... maybe one or two more mhz :)
@ staro
which config did you use to boot ? 11x300 and then clockgen ?
boot:Quote:

That cpu controller is amazing...bootable with more than 400 mhz is great.
Try th multiplier 7 and look if it will better or not ;)
can t get into windows with x7 too :stick:
Thats not good :( You can´t go into windows with multiplier 7 and high fsb or with low fsb also ?
with high and low fsb, no boot
i had only one cpu which can boot with low multis, it was my x2 3800+
I never tried less than multiplier 7...
But your cpu ist great....can you tell me the wafer-id and batch ?
it is 1520118H60245 :)
Thx, but there is one number too much. There should only be 7 numbers before the letter ;)

my 0631GPCW under chiller @ 1.67V cpu-temp: -2°C
http://valid.x86-secret.com/show_oc.php?id=166742
What is your batch and Wafer, gianni ?
1520118H60431
Ok now I´m on search and I think I just found it. :D
today i reached 3715mhz @ 1.74V under vapochill ls... cpu-temp ~0°C... but my validation was made with cpu-z 1.38... today the released the new 1.39.... and i couldn't validate my score... is there a posibility to validate my validation-file anyway?
Very nice Gianni! 0C BTW Your cpu is putting out some serioes heat! Oc on vapo ;)
Finaly got my Sli-Dr upp and running, did some prime tests over night, I´ll go for 3600Mhz no air if we get cold here anytime soon.... Hope it is ok to post results even if they are not Xtreme high Mhz ;)
Coling: TT Big, Ambient 20C, Hr-03 Sli on mobo.

Very nice!
I don't think so ... :(Quote:

My 0632 GPMW 4000+ is so freaky but had its wall @ 3,3 Ghz and 1,408 V prime stabil under single stage. I tried much more vcore, changed multis and so on but nothing changed. So it is no wonder that I couldnt break the record of starostise...only 3787 Mhz were possible :(
Man nice results congrats on the WR
yep. seeing gianni-gt's 3700+ with that temps i was thinking that a 4000+ with a good stepping could break 4Ghz barrier easy with x12 multi but it seems to be very difficult.. it s just luck :stick:Quote:

my 4000+ was 50W tdp and got 65°C in full with only 1.5v under my freezer 64 pro and 21-22°C ambiant
i think i've found the one who can crack the 4ghz, but the guy wouldn't sell it :( maybe i'll win in the lottery, then i pay 1k $ for this baby... :D
Addict :fact:
Hello!
This is a small uppdate of my Old Kab1e 0626FPMW 4000+, I sold it to a friend over att Techsweden.org, whom has a Mach1 and he did, this http://i148.photobucket.com/albums/s...ta/3508Mhz.gif He is aming for 3,6ghz prime next. BTW what is the prime WR for none FX A64´as? Best Regards from sweden ;)
The prime wr for AMD non-FX is about 3530 Mhz from gianni-gt: http://bastel-gianni.ripping.org/ove...4bpmw_3530.jpg
your test is not really stabil because its the false prime with the false test, no blend, large fft´s or custom only !!!
Is there anyone of you who is interested in some good amd athlon64 san diego / clawhammer cpus ? If yes please pn me ;)
next week or so, i'm getting a 4000+ 0633 epmw, so count me in for some action.
hopefully without coldbug. :D
I'm currently lapping my X2 4200+ 0601SPMW (not a very good clocker) and I will see what I can get out of it this weekend with DICE.
dual-cores? who cares :D
Hehe gianni you are right :D
my new 0626FPMW: http://valid.x86-secret.com/show_oc.php?id=178200
water-cooling @ 8°C, vcore @ 1.77V, cpu-temp @ 20°C
You have to get some more...about 250 Mhz. But for water a good job :)
Damn.
I actually got 3 off stock voltage primed for 12 hours @ 36 max load and I was pretty impressed, but these results are amazing. I had no clue! I could prolly do more with the chip, but my Neo 4 board maxes at 255 FSB.
For 24/7 use I think this is a pretty good OC. Should I aim for more for 24/7 stable usee
Any general recommendations?

tomorrow i'll get my new power-chiller (SC15)...
Gianni I´m getting nervus... :D But I will be proud if you will catch some records back....our little contest isn't at its end :D
I got my A64 4k+ at 3,2GHz on WC. 3,05GHz max on air
knock knock.... place 3 is mine... http://valid.x86-secret.com/show_oc.php?id=181353
cpu-temp: +7°C, vcore: 1.9V
omfg, awesome result gianni :toast:
Very nice work my friend! I bought myself a 4000+ (KAB1E 0626 FPMW) which does 3Ghz on stock volts no problem. (28 hours orthos stable) Thinking about getting WC/Chiller to get some more out of it ;)
O BTW, got a nice set of TCCD based ram as well 350Mhz 3-4-4-8 @ 2.9v and got a 280Mhz 2-2-2-5 BH-5 comming my way :)
not bad here some 2x512MB Sticks

@ starostice
Why was your validation banned from hwbot ? Did you do some faking ?
Nice work there, I do have to note tho that mine werent maxed out and I could lower timings to get a higher clock ;)
Btw, here's a sshot of 345Mhz:
http://img265.imageshack.us/img265/8...5mhziu9.th.png
I only got a CPU-Z validation of 350Mhz, was to stupid to save a sshot file :p
WR with 2,5-4-4-8-1t and 512 MB Stick is in my sig ;) @ 363 mhz.
i want a good e4 revision sandiago!!
:) good to know... i'll try it in the near future...

nice one OCP ;) ;)
first quick super pi result of my 0633 epmw 4000+ :D
i hope, more is possible :toast:

my 0626fpmw was superpi 1m stable at 3531mhz@1.8V yesterday under my chiller :D
http://s49.photobucket.com/albums/f2...current=24.jpg,
to be continued :D
@ OCP
Will you crack my 361 MHz Dual Channel 2.5-4-4-8 ? Which voltage did u use ? I
did 3,58 V on my TCCD :D
i hope here's some competition for you, gianni :toast:
Vcore: 1.67V
CPU-Temp: +16°C
3569.19 Mhz so far :D
http://valid.x86-secret.com/show_oc?id=182771
Nice result, Turrican. Which cooling because of so high temps of 16°C ?
let's get 2V ;)
what speeds have you guys been seeing when water cooling the 4000+'s ?
i can manage 3150mhz p95 24hrs stable 1.475v, temp reaches about 50c on air. no amount of extra voltage will get it any higher and pass p95.
ive seen them do about 3500 on phase, there seem to be a few in this thread as well!!
this is also with water -> click :D i'll get this baby next week :slobber:
0633epmw
mines 0626, i guess your batch is better :|
new pi 1m 4000+ sandiego wr :)
http://octs.ripping.org/4000_wr.jpg
i guess the ram speed is not correct... oc-calc told me ~254mhz ;)
wow thats great, whats the steppings?
very good gianni. i've got a 4000+ with the same stepping.
i'm third at the moment :D
hope more is possible :toast:
http://www.directupload.net/images/070503/7BCa22yQ.jpg
yes we have the same stepping... the only differenc between our cpu's is the last number on the third line :D
little tip: use maxmem... and you can reach a faster time ;) let's get ready to rumble :)
Only freaks :D
Congrats for both of you.
hehe, i'm now at 23.67 sec. :D
hehe realy cool competition... i think my windows is completely crappy... in the past i've reached with nearly the same cpu-speed (but less memory clock) a faster time with my 3700+ -> 23.157sec (w/o the maxmem trick)
i have a lot to learn about tweaking :(
gianni, what about cold bug with your 4000+ ? i have the same 0633 epmw but with batch 770 and it sucks horrible. low fsb is cold bugged very hard, prime freezes very fast :( ....
yapp... i've reached the beste results at +20°C - +23°C. the problem is to reach these temps under load, i've got a idle temp of ~4-6°C... at these temps are only 3450mhz - 3500mhz possible... :(
btw: edit your signature ;) :D
hehe, i like this competition too. :D
my 4000+ is also bugged.
because of the vapo it's not so easy to get +20°C. :D
my next tries next weekend... with a new clean windows installation... i'll give my best with tweaking... i hope i can crack your pifast and 32m records :D
damn, i hope i can improve my pifast & 32m time :D
i'm now at 23.594sec. :toast:
oh oh i'm getting paranoid....
howdy!!! today was my 32M-day... and the result, of course a world record :D
i've learned a lot about tweaking.... the comparison of the two screens makes that more clear ;)

searching for tweaks? yeah, there are none :P
big thx to kemo6600 ;) next weekend (4days) i'll try to crack the magic 20min
New Athlon64 non-FX Prime WR !!! And its not the end....
http://img505.imageshack.us/img505/5...3041pn9.th.jpg
This CPU is great but in cpu-z validation i still need 24 mhz to beat starostise.
Congratz to both of you...especially to you stunned because you are from germany ;)
Hehe thanks for the flowers :D
hmmm... congratz :( :D
nice :D
my beste primestable was a 3000+ @ 3,46 ghz :)
some new pi-wr's with dice :)

http://bastel-gianni.ch/overclocking...sec_sd4000.jpg
Nice :)
How did the 3000+ do?
real bad! bugged ~ -25°C, means... not one more mhz than my single-stage score :(
superpi 1m was stable till 3317MHz... but i've cracked the 32M WR :) more than 1min faster than the old one....
great results, as always :toast:
sub 23sec, done :)
