Well I tried running 333 and 266 FSB strap with my memory clocked at ~1030 or so......it wouldn't POST. I know it's stable at these timings and frequencies because I ran DDR2-1066 when I was running 400*9 on my CPU.
Right now I'm testing for tighter timings.....I ran HCI memtest for ~45 minutes at 4-4-4-10 35 2T using 2.16V (2.22V actual)
I'm going to try 3-3-3-10 and see how that affects bandwidth.....I doubt it will much though. Here is my bandwidth a 4-4-4-10 DDR2-846:

I thaught that was the key too, I tried it and dint work; Maby I misstyped it, I looked again and it sais S/N not key. I'll try again.
With Referance to AI Suite: the new updated version from the Asus sight finnaly did work, It installed and ran, but I tell you after starting to play with it, it scared the s**t out of me; I tried to tweek the mem voltage because I had it set in the bios to 1.8 and both bios and Probe II read 1.97, and all of the sudden Probe began to alarm and all my voltages where redicuasly hi like 4.7 on dram. I tell you I quickly turned of the comp, restarted had to clear the bios and reset.
Needles to sa I copleatly removed AI Suite.
This time I did take into consideration that it may be case censitive, and did incorporate the dashes, and it did recognize the key, but still will not respond when I click on it. I am beggining to think that these optional utilities suck and I may be better of without them.
Thanks for your suggestion though, you where right, it did work.
What I really wanted to do is monitor my individual core temp. so I found a monitor from the makers of CPU Z.
I hope I can post the link, I am new at this, but just in case I will write it first.

Anyone?
bios>power> hardware monitor, scroll down to see volts ect...
or use everest to verify auto settings
How do you guy post for example the results from CPU Z or everest Ext.
How do you post what' on your desktop.
Take a screen shot of them up on the screen. Hit the "Print sceen" button (usually above the insert/home/page up keys) and then open MS paint or other prog and paste.
Or use SnagIt or similar screenshot utility.
ummm
its ctrl+print screen then paste in paint
You just have to press print screen on the keyboard then press control+V while in Paint. I doubt the drivers will affect this....unless the print screen isn't actually working.
This is actually a command that is built into windows......print screen copies the screen to the clipboard, where it's ready to be pasted.
he can't get a screenshot and he gets help.
i post my findings with screenshots and ask for comments and get squat.
Am i in the right thread?? oh yeah, i think i am, i've read all the posts here, i think i'm at the right place.
can't get a screeny goin.... ouch... but he's got a rig to control nasa  get a mac dude.
anyway, nice case, i have the same, it's nice, but i can't say it's awesome
i'm trying to get 9x425 stable now, 1hr stable, but not 24. Latest find : Transaction boster is a POS, disable it. Enabled at 0 is NOT disabled. From what i've read it only tightens or loosens memory timings, but i can do that manually. If anyone is reading...........
Maybe i'll just shut up and silently leech knowledge and not give anything back to the board.
:welcome:
Actually transaction booster helps ram alot, and its common knowledge that Enabled 0 is not disabled mode, hence the term ENABLED:rofl:
But seroiusly this is a great board with alot of really helpfull ppl, perhaps its your attitude thats preventing anyone from responding.
I try to help if / when I can and if I see a post that I can help with I do.
