How come with 0704 BIOS when I set my voltage to 1.3 for CPU and 1.65 for DRAM it doesnt change them unless I manually do so in Windows? Should I go to the latest BIOS to fix this?

guess Asus spotted that Asrock did that long time ago with the Z77 Xtreme :) not always good toys are good for stability...0095 its a rock solid BIOSQuote:

IC is the manufacturer of ram chip like Hynix,Elpida,Samsung,etc
some chips are better to OC, another are better to tight settings, some ones loves scaling with vcore ...
