Try just setting your CPU voltage to 1.35 and your chipset to 1.4 and then your memory to 2.1 and leave everything else auto except the performance level and your memory strap. All of your gtls at auto at first. Mine I have noticed this for a fact now after having this motherboard for about a week now that if I set the gtls my self at first it won't boot, leave them at auto and vualua boot.
I also noticed that if I leave my memory at 1.8v it won't boot either. I think the motherboard thinks because the memory is running at 1150MHz it needs 2.1 and it won't let me boot with out it set to that. Kind of a weird thing but, whatever the memory is running cool at that voltage any way. Hope that helps.
Once you get a feel for what to set the volts to the lowest possible volts, then start setting your gtls one by one checking for stability every time you make a change until you have everything else manually set as well.
