280-300 at 1T should be interesting too! can your friends try that?Quote:

Founded REALLY nice stick, what do 249MHz Memtest86+ #5 test stable @ 3.22V with Abit AS8 motherboard. Sad that these kind of sticks are "under the rock" :D
how many loops
do you have some sticks for me yet? :D
Well, I just thought I'd try it myself and run my RAM at 300MHz+ 1:1.
I adjusted the FSB to 300 MHz and the multi to 7 and had the VDimm set to 2.8V. To let you all know, I run a Clawhammer 3000+ (CH-Stepping, very old), DFI Lanparty UT (Bios 10/15 4V Vdimm version with built in memtest) of course and 2x 512MB Infineon 6-A PC2700 RAM).
So, normally, there's no way this setup would boot at 300 MHz RAm speed, regardless of the timings. And furthermore, at 2,8V it's even more unrealistic.
Guess what, it booted without problems, even at 320 MHz. Unfortunately, I cant show you any pics (I wanted to, but that was a no go), because my board always rebooted before loading memtest. That's most likely because it's all at 1t (Clawhammer CH; can't set to 2t). Upto now, the highest I could really boot at (not only the message, but get into windows and run something) was about 270 MHz. ;)
Just wanted to let you know that this is a BUG for sure, 100%!!! :toast:
interesting bug...
OK

WEEK AFTER 44
2 DOTS
anything else?
store got them here....will go and buy some.
go, go, goooooooo! ;)
44d rating is nice too TEDY... but thats only on SP.
wish me luck :D
Some 2.75V action with my Speed Premium, it's error free for at least 4 hours Memtest #5 at 177mhz. Burning these modules in gave me 2mhz extra.

Yeah I know but it is just what I expected, I'm going to build my new rig in some time and then they will be fed allot more voltage, I'm happy for now since they run 2-2-2-5 nicely.
Hey alexio, don't go changin'. Funny post :D Always nice to be able to make people laff, although it's better if they laff with ya and not at ya.Quote:

What's so freekin funny then? The hole "action thing" was a kind of joke. Don't you think I was laughthing when I posted it? Offcourse it's a crappy speed, what would you expect with just 2.75V.
300MHz ++ :hehe:Quote:

that just got out from factory within this week.....
Is it still hot? :hehe:
he he yeah its a bug for sure i guess :p:
- let's continue.. so.. week 3 2005 ... can you scan / take a picture of the chip tedy? coz i just got call from my supplier... " there's a new shipping of 256x2 Speed premium... but not the 512x2" --- arrrghh..
so guys ..
i've started testing ... atm one stick makes errors @ 251 11-2-2-2 @ 3,34v (max stable 248), the other one runs perfectly @ Memtest OCZ more than 4 loops .. more loops arent possible , because the time is running out (hehe song title of band , called Muse .. by the way ..) i just wanna say , that is dont have so much time for testing at the moment ... tomorrow i gonna test the second stick ( 255,260,265) .. atm iam not able to give more voltage .. my DFI Infinity died last week .. my new DFI isnt modded atm ... so at the moment , my modules arent so bad i think ... some other question .. any germans here ?
everything with cpc off atm , both modules are 512mb ....
230 2-2-2-11
3.2vdimm
2hours memtest #5 0 errors :)
setyotomo got no digicam...will do sometimes asap.
i got them for 160€ 2*512 :D

whoa what app is that and where can i get it?
BTW you should use larger FTT's for memory stressing... small FTT's remain in your CPU cache usually and hardly use any ram at all.
Here in spain twinmos is not available anywhere... I've found 2x256 of that ones, but not 512 modules :(

Mine got that code as well, I bought 2x256 last saturday. One does 251, the other will do 254 both (individually) tested @3,2V; 2-2-2-5. That's not enough to go really fast I'm afraid. My BH-5's go a little bit faster. So I will RMA these, but this is nice mem for only a $100
aaaa youu got the 512x2 .....Quote:

i might take a pic of them at pc store where i work :D
newegg should be getting the 512 sticks tomorrow, everybody get ready. You have to act fast
mwuhahahaa ...
The last few times its gone on sale it has been around 6:00 PM Eastern time when it became available. If you check during the day and it is still showing out-of-stock, be sure to tune in at 6.
and again at 9pm EST, which is when i got them. ;)
see my post here: http://www.xtremesystems.org/forums/...551#post678551
oh, mine are scheduled to arrive thursday. will tell you if they are the magical "stepping" then.

Today's the day... gonna pick up my AA4T 44D modules now
Remember to post the results in the forum :)
i don't get
240 2-2-2-11 stable as rock at only 3.2vdimm :)
i needed 3.3vdimm with my KHX3200 BH-5 for that :)
Great :D, have you tried higher?Quote:

omg :toast:
245 at 3.2v makes those among the best with lower voltages. I have bh-5 that needs more than 3.2 to hit 245.

nice score unseen i guess this is on the giga board right?
And please tell the whole truth ... you have a maximizer admit it !!! :P
unseen is a maximizer beta tester yes...
so who do I have to kill to get a maximizer cause the booster just isnt worth a crap in my msi. :CTF: :slash: or maybe its the winchesters fault
send a pm to hipro. Maybe he can make one for you.
I think is msi that dont let you go high.
yes i know ...:p:Quote:

i wish the DFI NF4 can do 257 too, but ill have to wait and see :(

the bh-5 from the p4 isnt really tested yet,
3,2V vdimm and no vtt tracking doesnt really help with oc-ing the bh-5.
Gonna test it in the neo2 and gonna sell it then
btw pik-ard nice rig youre building there :toast:
yea, i never thought i would get away with 1gb of GOOD ram for under $200...
thanks, im just trying to get the best i can for what money i can afford to spend on it.
Anyone know were to get this UTT in the states yet ? I allready sold my pervious sticks of Twinmos sticks allready and am ready for another gamble. :banana4:

Edit: a couple of the guys here reported hitting 265-270 with these "-50" variety and as I've previously mentioned, Diablo23RD over at OCF hit 255 with his (2x512 OCZ PC2700 Value Series Ram) on a 3.2 P4. I think that add'l coding means something...but what?
Alonso, if you see this...is there anything to that additional coding on the M.tec chips which comes after the date?

Yours are the week 51 right?
Any chance your cpu or mobo is what's limiting you, since you hit that same wall with the TCCD?
