I've had them in the drawer since 2010, the ProMOS kit is from 2007...right when supply of D9 was dwindling. I bought the D9s second-hand.

I can't remember exactly what they need for 500 CL4 and 600 CL5, but it was quite a bit. I could barely do 800 3-3-3-5 @ 2.4v with them. The ProMOS kit doesn't touch CL3, but does 4-4-3-5 up close to 550.

Its just one of those days. Submissions don't work.

Yeah, that's a lot. The best D9 I've tested so far needs 2.13V for 400MHz 3-3-3-9, the best D9 I've ever seen on a forum needs less than 2.05V. My benching Anniversary Kit that has been used at 2.7V for quite a while needs 2.22V, but it hasn't degraded so far.
I still have some untested kits waiting to be binned, a 6400HZ kit is one of them. ;)

Oi what did you do with 124k 3d01? I was benching @ 1120mhz on CL but only 1080 for nature. result was 120k lol. I got 122k just selected the 8. setLOD didn't help.

I assume '03 will be bad, 05 and 06 are slower with HD 5770 @ 1025 and FX-8150 @ 5.2 GHz than HD 4850 @ 840 and Phenom II X4 @ 4 GHz.

I'm out of thermal paste, or I would swap to my 1100T for these benches...which should do 4.3-4.4 on water.

I realized I live (dangerously close) to IMOG, which gets his LN2 (from Airgas that quoted me 2.50?) while driving with the windows up(!) for .50/L somewhere in the area. I PM'ed him on HWBOT. :)

as for FX IMCH scaling under cold with my CPUs i have a big gain going from air to SS but no gain from SS to LN2.
i had my best memory clocking results at phase and V-IMCH 1.8 +/- volt (then the CPU died).
at least contrary to what deneb/thuban did FX IMCH don't get worse when cold.

p.s. another bunch of socket 939 CPUs on the way :D

I really had a struggle with Hypers and Thuban, even on dry ice when I was benching for OC.net competition. I could do 2000 6-6-6 for Sandra bandwidth on air with 1.9v but got stuck around 1850 when the CPU was on DICE. :(

You gotta love it when you ask a seller "could you please tell me what's written in the last line on the IC, the code probably ends with A3G-something?" and the reply is "that's correct, the code ends with A3G-U." :clap: :D

Hmm, will do. Though I talked to him and apparently mentioning his name should be enough, considering he goes in multiple times a week and I'll probably be going to the same AirGas.

I might try to price match a closer location first. :D

tried two llano chips and had a question Mafio, should I be able to max clocks on a single stage or do they scale with cold?

my ss runs about -50.

one things for sure they do clock memory very well.
