Any of you 0610 guys finding that it doesn't like 3x htt multi when it's close to 1000? 323x3 for 2.9ghz works fine, but 333x3 results in immediate freeze on windows load. set 333x2, boots fine and priming 3GHz@1.475v :) gonna go 1 step lower when the song finishes
new chip from monarch btw, I'll be selling probably since no way it's gonna be as good as the 0608.
Okay it's at 1.5(during prime voltage goes down to 1.46) right now with two instances of prime running it has lasted 8 hours and counting at around 59C load. Again, Opteron 165 2700mhz, A8R32-MVP, G.Skill 2gb HZ
Thats what I experienced also! I have upped the LTD voltage and now been priming for over an hour @ 9*334, 3x HTT and 1,39Vcore. I like this chip :fact:Quote:

Just got home to find the 165 I ordered from Monarch Sunday waiting for me. It's a CCBBE 0610DPMW. :banana:
The first one I got was a CCBWE and went straight to Ebay.
Hope the wait was worth it. ;)
EDIT: 2.7 on air def vcore. Priming at 2.8, not sure I can get much more due to temps.

Maybe 50-100. But you should compare other results with your cooler. The temps might drop like 5°C but I don't think you'd gain anymore then 100MHz.Quote:

On the previous page... Up to 2950 @ stock. But I think my motherboard is being an ass to me @ high HTT now. 3105@1.5 failed in 15mins....

if you really want 3.1 Ghz you gotta use more than 1.5v and i'm guessing its starting to get too toasty?
Not really! The IHS is on and this thing keeps amazing me! Temp is still 38-40°C under full load! Now @ 1.52V... About the max I will give it since I ran my CCB1E 0609FPAW ats this volts too. 100MHz less :slap:Quote:

Shoot man with 1.52v i get ~50c load, and this is good watercooling with a good mount. Your IHS gives unusually good contact...

@ChkDsk & Repoman have you tried even higher vLDT? for 3100 you need 345HTT so 1.5vLDT could help.
