Hi Grau,
There is a power user setting for this, you can multiply it by a certain amount, like 1.33, and it will shoot higher.

I found it guys ended up at 670/1700/452mhz , Had to mount a VF900cu to get it cold it was really hot, but now its fine, I think my scores suck a bit for the clocks. hmm

Rivatuner doesnt even show a shader bar for me, just core....
Hey Guys got updates for you
22468

8315

Thats about max it does, hmm some know how to vmod this Asus card?
/Grau
going from 1380 to 1700mhz in shader clock gave me about 300points in 3dmark03.
We need to compare memory timings I think, how do we do that?
/Grau
Scores added.
Being a fellow competitor and with the old British sense of fair play and sportsmanship here's a link to voltmodding the Asus
http://www.zen141854.zen.co.uk/ASUSVMGuide.htm
Note to all
I have added DigitalJesus as an example of how the remaining scores will look going down, it is too longwinded putting all other scores on.

Hey mate, that's the best step by step Vmod guide i've seen ever! :ROTF:
Hmm zakelwe, nice one :) but seriously, iam quite a noob on vmods, so need this card to be the starting card in my vmod experience, :)
/Grau
Sorry couldn't resist(or) ... :)
Ok, whats the IC components on the back, one of those is likely to be the vgu mod and will more than likely be from ISL, Richtek or Nexsem etc. Ignore any ACT components and let us know the markings on the top and we can give you the pin to mod, in all probability.
When you have the leg to solder to then it's 20x the measured resistance to ground and then work downwards. That's the fools guide that I have been using for the last 5 years.
Now as for the Vmem mod for the Leadtek I hope Mr J.Guru will be as kind to me :D Coz I can't work it out ;) Probably one of the 3 leg regulators on the board somewhere .....

I ordered my Leadtek 8400 GS TDH Extreme. What leadtek card is it you got Johnny, and what ns rating are the memory modules?
I doubt now mine will turn up tomorrow, but friday it is all go from me.

Damn my 7900GTO just died on me, hmm have RMA it, so have to use this 8400GS until I get the GTO back, Hope it does not take that long.

Hey Andy, I read your vmod guide, really great! Can you tell me what I must do differently on an EVGA? :D:D:D
Count me in too! I will try with MSI 8400GS... card should be here before weekend.
Well got to admit that I have no idea whether an Asus or an EVGA or whatever is better or worse. :)
According to Rol-Co from the Dutch competition there are 3 types of PCB layout, I would imagine he knows all of them so PM him and I hope he does not mind helping out.
Or maybe he will post on this thread ? I'll ask him by PM.

Andy
I'm in.
Thanks zakelwe!
Just a quick heads up to say i didn't enter the contest twice (on the list twice on first post).
