:rolleyes: it dipends on Vdimm , i think good chips need 2.45 V to be stable

Got my 4x1GB Crucial Ballistix PC8500 up and running now.
So far 440FSB ratio 3:4 = 586Mhz (1172Mhz DDR) @ 2.06v
Cant do higher FSB with this crappy CPU. Getting a Xeon 3220 tomorrow and hopefully it will go past 450fsb without any problems.

1t is not possible on Intel chipsets, only on nVidia 650/680 chipset.

Zeus i realy don't now :) i just set it this way on the Bios and the board boots so i don't know :) is there any way to check for sure if the run at 1 T or 2 T ?

My P5K-E wifi refuses to boot at 1t, even at DDR800.

Rather strange yours seems to boot, so if it does, i don't think it's running 1t actually but just 2t like CPU-Z says.

i don't know memset sais 1T Cpu z sais 2T everest does not sais CR so i don't know witch software sould i trust i can see tho tha both cpu z and memset have some isues with Abit Ip 35 Pro

EVEREST Ultimate v4.20 1180 or 1183 will report CR (Command Rate) under the Overclock menu. ;)

you wrong you can do 1t on intel
i done 4-4-4-12-1t@ 1000mhz on x38 any higher just need more juice

performance was not huge
BTW quite a few p35 based boards can do 1t gigabyte dont have that option

My understanding is that the X38 chipset can do 1T but P35 can't.

It's also P35 chipset.

I've killed a few of the VX2's as well. Just recently got the crucial 8500's and they have been running as smooth as silk since then.

nope it don't :(

memset is not sais the wright timings cpu-z sais true exept the CR some other sais tha 1T works i'am realy comfused now :(

I just got my Ballistix 8500's and I need 2.17v to do 1060 5-5-5-12 on the 4:5 ratio. Seems I got a crap P35-T2R as I cannot run 4GB stable and all my kits od D9 clock like ass on this board and all of them need high Vdimm :shrug:
