I am using air.... :D
ur temps are fine candymancan.
they are exactly the same on my watercooled chip 334x9@1.55v, although i also have two x1800´s in the same loop. AtiTool reads 40°C on the vidcards during an Orthos run.
Running 246x11 @ 1.53v on my Opty I get 32/46 on CoreTemp. ASUS Probe II shows 40°C, ambient 21°C - see sig ...Quote:

I was taking a screen capture and I noticed that cpu-z was showing my 165 as a toledo. Is this A bug with cpu-z? I am not an expert overclocker I think that I need to start tweaking my ram and see if I can get some better timings. Anyhelp would be great.
1,36v is for 1,4v in bios when set manually, real stock voltage imho is when it's set to Auto and it's about 1,29-32v in cpu-z ^^
edit: I havn't read your sig, you've asus. I'm talking about DFI nf4 D ...
Well I guess add LCB9E to the list of 'don't get if you want to hit 2.8'. The highest I can manage is 2.736 @ 1.425V in bios. It doesn't like anymore voltage even though it runs cool as can be. I can't even load into windows above 2.75 ghz. :mad: Oh well, still a great processor so I'll be keeping her.

I was just wondering, if you guys having trouble overclocking have C&Q shut off?
don't include all LCB9E because yours tops there.Here's mine at 2.8 with 1.4Quote:

Or...they will use all the crappy chips for the 939 since there is obviously a lot less emphasis on it(lowest priority for AMD).
hi there, where on earth did you get those 2007 edition opterons, just curious.. ? :woot:Quote:

I prefer this multiplier becouse my mobo then change the divider to 180:200 so my ram run now a little over the 200 stock..otherwise i should go to 3GHz to have the ram run at stock speed..(Asus dont have this divider in bios settings..)
@xforce
I bought this in Europe-Greece and i know also from other forum that in Germany they offer right now the same steppings....
Simply,no IHS :DQuote:

Hope you get one of the better ones.
only one and it apperantly doesn't overclock, but don't take my word for it tell your friend to give it some juice and find out for himself.Quote:
