Why this one only needs 1X6 pin and 1X8 pin power connector when this is equivalent to 2 GTX260. Any pricing on this?

it has 240 SPs per gpu so it isn't equivalent to a GTX 260 :)

The NDA won't be lifted on the 265, or there won't be any 265 at all?

there will be no GTX 265, nvidia is using the same name, gtx 260 for the 55nm part, there will be gtx 285 and gtx 295.
