very nice haste, thanks for sharing with us. i tried your settings on my opty 170. i was able to boot into winxp, but superpi failed on me, cpu0 failed while cpu1 ran all the way for a 4M test. awesome bandwidth you got there too. 2.97Ghz for 24/7 is not shabby at all. i'm able to boot into winxp at 3Ghz and 3.1Ghz, but not stable at all. i'm happy with 2.9Ghz for now.
Got my Opty185 15 mins ago, popped the IHS. Stepping LCBBE 0628CPMW

Watercooled,and i set +4 for temp calibration in bios.its very hot i think :slapass: especially cores.had to worried about?
temp calibration in bios does not affect core temp, thats for the bios reading, which is different. 62c is pretty high for water, i dont even hit 60c on air and a voltage of 1.55, though lower cpu speed. core temp could be wrong though, if its running stable, its fine, but maybe you want to check how well you mounted your water block, maybe reseat it.
you are right,with core temp i know.with s&m i have 10C higher temps due to orthos in each core.Quote:

I ran dual Prime and got errors but orthos gives me none, should I trust orthos or try to getthe dual prime stable?
