I got my sticks about a month ago and they were UTT-CH, so I can't help you there, but...Quote:

My PC3200 TMSP from newegg came last week and they are BH-5 (says so on the chip, like already mentioned): 1A4T, 44D.
Found it, actually it's an email in post 2954 in this thread lol.
LOL how on earth can you swap it as a bad stick when its only supposed to run at 200 :rolleyes:Quote:

Heck, to think of it, my 2x512MB UTT-CH can only do 245MHz 2-2-2 1T stable w/3.2v ... not good enough... I'm RMA'ing them to see if I can get better lol.
:slapass:
Hell my OCZ EL 3200 Rev 2 will only do 310 @ 3-3-3-8 1T its simply not good enough LOL :DQuote:

Here is where I had at 265 2-2-2-6 but it wouldnt memtest.

Last week my pair came from the NewEgg east coast warehouse, this week they're coming from La Puente, California. I wonder if there is any chance for another pair of CH? BH may require less volts to go 2-2-2 but I think OCZ and Mushkin picked CH for thier PC4000 VX and Redline because of better OC potential.Quote:

The 850xt gets very hot when at 690. I think if I give it 1.75 core I could get 700. Well see.Quote:

I believe both the Redline and Gold VX chips are BH die. CH die memory seldom run 2-2-2-5 below 3v.Quote:

AndyOCZ has recently posted that the VX series uses CH die while the Gold uses BH die.Quote:

Hmmmmmmm interesting. I thought the Gold VX were rated at 2-2-2-8 with less than 3v? Guess I was mistaken as I don't own any. My Value VX sticks won't touch 2-2-2-5 timings without at least 3.2v.Quote:

As far as I'm aware;
OCZ VX: = binned CH
OCZ VX Gold = binned BH
OCZ VX value = unbinned CH
Mushkin Blue = unbinned BH
Mushkin Redline = binned BH
EDIT: spelling
What's the difference between binded and unbinded bh/ch?Quote:

My mushkin blue aren' utt or some kind of good oc ram.
They overclock like  :(.
Ordered them from pc-memory-upgrade.co.uk
What volts are you giving to them??Quote:

BTW, I don´t have them @ 3.7v for 24/7 use, because my TwinMOS SP can do 263 error free with 3.4v + 0.03v, and the increase in performance between 263 and 270 is not noticeable, so I prefer to run them at a little lower speed but a great lower voltage... ;)
