It makes sense to have beta testers, but next Monday it'll be 11 weeks since I placed the order, I wouldn't mind being a beta tester either ;)

We have shipped the first unites today and of course in the correct order but if there was an order outside Germany it was no processed but would be the first for the next shipping. I have no overview but I'm almost 99,99% sure that all shipped units were ordered from Germany anyway so it is no big deal ;)

I would guess thats the sentiment of most of us with orders placed, get it installed and tweak it later. Those of us in the middle of a fresh build are actually waiting to assemble until this is available. Oh well, we're getting close now and I'm sure it will be soon. I am anxiously waiting.

I think I asked earlier but am not sure. What is your process? Do you notify customers via email with a tracking number when am item ships? Sorry, but this is my first order with your company.

I don't know about the rest of you guys but I was pretty excited when Auqatuning put up a US / CAN site and with $6 or $8 USD for 2-3 day shipping I was amazed. My first two orders went great, but my order for the Aquaero 5 Pro has left me with a bad taste in my mouth. I ordered mine from the Auqutuning.us site on March 8th when the expected ship date was March 14th. When no shipped e-mail arrived I figured maybe it was delayed a day or two. A week later I found this thread and saw Shoggy's posts here but no e-mail to me saying it has been delayed until late March, then beginning of April and now who knows.

I see Mr. Toad got his so it looks like at least the UK is getting some orders. I would have thought I would have gotten some type of e-mail with "sorry your order is back ordered until XXXX date". Further, I have sent multiple e-mails to every support address I could find asking if I can add the black face plate to my order with no response. It seems that they are happy to put up a site for the US but not very willing to support US customers even at a very basic level.

I have to say I love that Aqua has a web site in the states, but would be nice if they had someone that actually supported it.

Great products, but customer service is not so much. I am considering just canceling and waiting for a review to come out. By the time that happens I can probably get it from Sidewinder in the states. At least they have good customer service.

Don't confuse Aquatuning with our company! Aquatuning is only a reseller and not related to us. If you get in contact with us directly you normally always get an answer within 24h.

I'm also pretty sure that MrToad has ordered from us.

While I am not happy with the delay I can attest that everytime I have posted here or emailed (or PM'ed) Shoggy I have gotten a quick reply. Shoggy .... Now get me my AE5. :yepp:

And I pre-ordered as soon as it was listed on the AC site.

And throughout this wait I've sent a large number of PMs to Shoggy which all have been replied quickly and most informatively... Keeping in mind that this is XS, not AC support or even the AC forum I think that's nothing short of excellent support.

Apologies if my post has wound people up though, I was so excited on Friday that I didn't really think it through.

@Shoggy, do you know how far off the update to the firmware (to allow the LT to be used as a slave device) is?

Are there no alternative (cheaper?) methods for expanding the number of individual fan channels on the controller? I'd really like to place an order for this product but spending another 60 euros just to attach 4 additional fans seems excessive. :D
