It seems as adding the volts to +.550 seems very solid, and gives this ram the extra umph it needs to get solid timings on this board. I was able to boot into 8x475 @ 5-5-5-15 timings, but I think I am running into a temperature issue as my temps in TAT are hitting 72 :/ ... So, I will report back to you on the stability.
As far as the graphics turbo vs auto.. id have to say that w/e this is, it packs a hell of a punch for games, and seemed to add stability to my x-fi issues. I don't have screen shots, but heres what I got on my stock clocked 7900GT.

Doom 3 1280x1024 stock gpu clocks, 4x450 3.6ghz (1.52v 100% stable), 4-4-3-15 timings
Auto = 145.9
Turbo = 157.1 = 9.287% performance increase!
Haven't tried Fast, but I'd assume it wouldn't perform as well as Turbo :D
