Oh HAHAH yeah man! Iron maiden rulz!!
Oh HAHAH yeah man! Iron maiden rulz!!
I found a bug in the calculator. When you set for example HTT to 323, cpu multiplier to 8.5, HT to 3.0, you'll notice there is no difference between memory clock 140 and 150, both give memory speed of 228.79mhz.Quote:

does it works also with Ati chipset ???
I have a Ferrari 4005 laptop, with Turion64 + Ati Xpress 200 chipset, so I would to know if this software is compatible with my hardware :slobber:
^^
Yup...

It has nothing to do with chipset (yet), it works with AMD CPU and it's memory controler. nF4 clock change is currently in development stage.

lukija your program man excelent!!
i get rid of :
1)A64 Tweaker for mem section
2)A64 Mem Frequency , Amon-Ra , Divider Calculator for calculator ecc ecc
can you add the "estimated performance rating frenquency" option that have amor -Ra to your program?
make you an example
opteron 170 @ 2900Mhz estimate rating un 6105
http://img160.imageshack.us/img160/5709/0019gu1.th.jpg
for now this programs i don't use them any more ;) ;)
hehhe if now you add also fsb change lol we get rid also the ClockGen ;)
what about also a some option to the cpu section that indicates the tcase max and the tdp like A64 TCaseMax does?
or maybe options to chande the multiplayer like rm clock ecc ecc
heheh
thx and keep up the good work man ;) ;)
It is not. Sometimes dividers for adjacent memclk are the same. In this case it is 12 (case of non-overclocked CPU, it is all the same for overclocked, because dividers do not depend on HTT):Quote:

For memclk = 150
1700 / 12 = 141.67 , 141.67 is less than 150, and that is OK. Remember, memclk is upper limit which may not be exceeded.
1700 / 11 = 154.55 and it is more than 150 so it cannot be.
For memclk = 140 (this is just symbolic value, actual value is still unknown, but Oskar said it is 143 , and I'm using it)
1700 / 12 = 141.67 and it is less than 143.
In both cases, divider is 12.
In case you have doubts, chechk this table:
http://www.xtremesystems.org/forums/...ad.php?t=41595
Id like to be able to run two instances.
Either that, or CPU info/clock + memory clock/timings on the same page.
Maybe, but it is not high priority.Quote:

My point is, this needs to be screenshot-friendly to be really GOOD...
Maybe you could make a "workspace tab" for doing the clocking and tuning (clockgen and timings) and another tab for screenies (which just display CPU name, CPU clock, MEM clock, MEM timings)???
Id kiss you for that :P
Well, moving controls from one tab to another one is not trivial (trust me), but 10x, all suggestions will be considered. First let's make basic things work and then we will do some make-up job.

Having the Tref values indicated as they are in A64 Tweaker would be abonus. Not all of us have DFI boards ;-)
Having tref match the setting in bios would be a bonus.
Why do windows programs read tref different from that set in bios?
edit: Forgot to mention "Awsome Program" btw.
@macaddict
I used DFI BIOS as reference because AMD hasn't documented (again!) all values. And also, there is a problem with Tref because some programs are reading it in a different manner. Read this:
http://www.xtremesystems.org/forums/...&postcount=403
this program is reporting my venus core opty 144 as a san diego core...
Which version? 0.5 or 0.6? 0.5 was wrong. If it is 0.6, please post screenshot, so I can fix it.Quote:
