Great work NapalmV5
are those melted power connector pin through-holes on the pictured card from soldering or heat?
thanks for mods!!
just think about two of these in SLI watercooled at 950/2500 stable.. holy moly.. THAT is performance.

gpuz 0.4.3
http://www.techpowerup.com/downloads...-Z_v0.4.3.htmlQuote:
Added OCP adjustment for CHL8266 (GTX 480). Use it via command line parameter /chl8266ocp without parameter to query, with numeric value seperated by space to set. This is a permanent change that will not be reverted by powering down the system.
•Added fix for ADT7473 coldbug (GTX 480) via commandline parameter /fixcoldbug
what about that line?.. does it work?
Nope, Cold Slow remains unchanged.
It's not related to the ADT7473 temp sensor.
What is it related to?
I haven't figured it out yet, it might be the second temperature sensor ( "on-die" ).
It may be not.
FWIW somebody with some knowledge on programming can write an app to give us control of the Vgpu, OCP, OVP, OTP and possibly eliminate the cold bug ( I'm 1000000% sure it can be eliminated with a BIOS ) with a few lines of code ( wish my coding skills were up to the task, but I only remember how to write "Hello world" in C nowadays :p: )
nbitor 5.6 supports gtx480
if you have the card try it?
download 5.5 then pay author to get 5.6:up:
www.mvktech.net
It's definitely not there ;)
Unless Mavke finds out what causes the cold slow, you won't find a "tick" option in NiBiToR.
900/1800/2200 @ stock cooler
