Need help with mounting pumps (with pics)

Hi guys!
I'm preparing my first watercool build and have decided to mount pumps this way:

from outside

This will took 2 bottom bays, and in third bay above pumps will be a 1Tb harddisk.
In front will be a low RPM fun, blowing to pumps and hard disk.

As u may see, fan blows mostly to tops of the pumps, and a little to the basements of pumps.
So my question is do i need any clearance between case and pumps (use some supports to rise pumps from the case), or i may mount them directly to the case?
And also do i need use rubber pad (i have it already)?

you want your pumps in a series?

you can take up some more space rotate your right pump 90* clockwise and raise the pump in the left and make your connection with some stiff tubing or get fancy and make a manifold im sure you can find some elbows that will work for this situation

no, pumps are independent, it's dual loop setup.
and i can't mount pump horizontaly because of lack of space.
will be enough front fan blowing to pumps this way, without rising pumps?

Are your reservoirs at or above the suction inlet on your pumps? If so, no problems.

yes, they will be 2 inches above inlets.
ok, so i will mount pumps directly to the case with rubber pad, as shown on pics. hope i won't have any problems with temperature of pumps.

The orientation of the pumps are fine. Instead of the gel stuff I might try to get some kind of rubber grommet as a sound isolation coupling. A sponge cut to fit might be a great kind of sound isolation material if implemented right.

I'm using some extra memory foam from a bed. Works amazingly well for absorbing vibrations
